WAS good, until we didn't see Richard the bartender anymore.What happened to him?

Wow, such a disappointment. There was a posted list of happy hour drink specials including the words 'house wines' but bartender didn't know what they were and scrounged up a wine list. I pointed out that I still didn't know what type of red or white wines were considered 'house' wines. When he slowly called out a couple of types of wine, I just said I'd have a margarita like my friend had ordered. I thought it was odd that he didn't ask, 'Frozen or on the rocks' but we took the drinks and sat in the empty part of the bar. I noticed that there was a large server set up on a side table but no plates or silverware. so much for the appetizers their website advertised. Then we took sips of our drinks which tasted like lime flavored water. Bartender didn't seem to really care but poured some additional liquid into our glasses. He never came over to see how we were doing. We left our glasses of watery lime juice 3/4 full on our table when we left. Dull place with a dull bartender. Do not recommend.
