Stopped in because they had a patio and o had my little chihuahua with me. The server was so attentive and sweet to my little dog! She was one of the best servers that I have ever had! She checked on us consistently and made sure that we didn't feel forgotten. The food was worth it. I recommend that you stop and get the pozole and the orange flan. Going to make sure this is a for sure stop when I come back.

My wife and I by chance decided to eat here. She thought we were under dressed but I just wanted a nice meal that wasn't the same old same old. The service was nice as was the setting. I can not lie they had a ceviche that was as good as ones I had in Costa Rica. The sides were on point or better. The issue was the meat. My wife and I can only imagine it was the end of the night for them and they slacked off. The burger was bloody and I had ordered med rare to med. The streak was cooked perfectly but it was really chewy. It was the end of the night so we were not going to send anything back. It was just weird how good the fries and veggies and everything thing else was but the meat was lacking hence 3 out of 5. I've cooked better steaks with lower quality steaks just by letting them sit for 20 min with a little salt and pepper and then a good sear. The restaurant either over paid for their meat or they are over charging.

Recommended by 2 locals as a good luncheon spot. They weren't wrong . Excellent sandwiches and service. very relaxing atmosphere. Wife had a very nice house salad and I enjoyed a very good BLT. Very nice, quiet place to eat. . If we are in Kerrville again we will try dinner.

We have been long-term customers of Fransico’s’s, but it’s been taken over by a new owner. We ate here for the first time under new ownership. My husband’s steak was so tough he sent it back. The server asked why we were sensing it back and we said because it’s an edible. It’s so tough. It was left on our bill. My salmon was so dry I could barely choke it down. Then we were given a service charge for using a credit card. We will never be back. My husband went into ask them about the service charge for using a credit card and they said Diego is the manager but he’s never here. Sorry there’s no one to talk to about the problem. We will absolutely never be back.

We ordered the cilantro lime shrimp and chicken. The rice and shrimp were good but the chicken was so tough it was almost inedible. Server lacked knowledge of items on the menu. Overpriced for the experience we had. Probably won’t go back.
