Good Burger. They should tell more people that it's a Smashburger so that they're not confused as to why it's all burnt around the edges. I know what to expect so it was fine. Other people give bad reviews and say that the burgers are overcooked. They are not. Burger was tasty, crunchy around the edges the way it's supposed to be for a smash burger. Fries were good but very veryskinny shoe string types . Not very hot either. I ordered a vanilla milkshake. It was very thick and very good. It was my first time eating here, but I'll be back. tables are pretty close to each other so you will probably have to listen to someone's cell phone conversation whether you want to or not. The announcements for whose order is Up Next are extremely loud. Turn down the damn mic! The place is noisy enough.

My MIL and I went to Freddy's for lunch and it was the best eating out experience we've had in a very long time. The girl at the counter we SO nice and pleasant as were 2 of the people working there and the food was super yummy! I'm really not much of a fast food eater but there is just setting about a Freddy's burger and the skinny fries are so good. We will be back soon.

NOT impressed at ALL!Maybe they should stick to dessert items because the food was not good at all. Only could eat about 1/2ish of the Patty's melt and 1/2 the onion rings which was mostly batter and VERY thin on the onion. Just couldn't eat it anymore and threw it all in the trash.WAY TOO GREASY ALSO.1st time to try Freddy's and will not be going back for food.

Just left Freddy's and I was totally disappointed for the first time in years. I asked for a strawberry sundae with bananas and it was so hard I thought I was eating ice cream not custard. Very little strawberries were put on top and they too were frozen. Cooler way too cold. It will be a long time before I come back.

Our new favorite place to eat lunch in Kerrville! The Crispy Chicken Club is delicious!! Next I'm going to try the hotdog. The milkshake is so rich and thick, you almost need a spoon!!
Went there to get a chilli dog and fries..... The hot dog was hard to eat and the fries was over cooked and hard .... Watch the guy put them back in the fryer to heat them back up .

I wanted to have a good burger and cheese curds. I looked on google to make sure they were open at 10:30am and it said they were. They weren't! Sat at the gas station across the street for about 15 minutes and they still were closed. By the time we got there to the drive through it was 11:15am. I got the number 5 meal and they didn't give me my drink and the cheese curds were only half full in the cup and very greasy. Everyone looked so tired and like they didn't want to be there. It was obvious. Hopefully next time I go there it'll be better.

They could stand to turn down the microphone. Apparently too many workers today,the french fries done too far in advance and cold, ordered mayo and got mayo and mustard -yeh! usually a lot better than this!Parking: Busy always,so hard to find parking at times
