Someone had recommended stopping here, getting sandwiches and go down by the river to eat. That's what we did, and we are very happy we did. I had a ruben, my wife had a turkey sandwich. Both were piled high with fresh meat. You could watch them slice the meat in front of you. Their menu is not large, but our food was very good, and fresh! They also had some delicious cookies. I had several. They close midafternoon so get there in time to have a super sandwich.

Honestly, the best sandwich and pasta salads and the staff is loyal and have been there for years. They also have great smoothies. It’s the one place I don’t mind the furniture doesn’t match and it’s very random. It adds to the charm. I live out of town but I have people bring me sandwiches when they visit. Couldn’t recommend more!

The building is a little odd but the food is great. Just what I was hoping for after having several heavy meals. Light and fresh and the staff were quiet and kind. Recommend!

First time visit to this eatery and just after opening during the week parking was no problem. The inside is larger than expected and it has an eclectic table seating of all types of table and chairs with varied seating capability. The deli area is in the back with a good size menu of salads, soups and sandwiches. Some of the salads in the case looked to be a day old and they were out of the Greek Salad. You can build your own sandwich in a half or whole sandwich choice or you can order one of the specialty sandwiches they offer in a whole or half choice. Half sandwiches start at $4.95 and up and whole sandwiches are $6.95 and up. Chips are $1.25 extra and can soda is $1.00 or brewed tea is $2.00 and some specialty drinks are extra as well. They do not offer a combo deal. They have several bread choices for the sandwiches. There were only two employees present when we visited and it became must busier the closer to noon that it got. Our sandwiches were fresh and the bread was nice and soft. They also have cookies but were out of most of the choices. They also have pies and cheesecakes as well as casseroles to go. The casseroles were $12. We will get one of these in the future to take home and bake. The place was clean but nothing fancy and there are all sorts of assorted items for sale on shelves in the dining area. By the time we left at noon, there was no parking available but there was plenty of seating available.
