I have been shopping at HEB in Kerrville for years and except for 1 person who is always rude to me it has been a good experience. Years ago this person was a checker and I went through her line with my weekly groceries. I handed her coupons at the end and she said "I didn't see this or this or this". HEB y’all really need to get it together … ever since y’all started out sourcing form other locations the quality and freshness of your products have plummeted.. I can’t tell you how my times I have purchased a product that spoils way before the date… this it’s not something I expect from the original store
