Placed an order online went in and noticed there was already another set of unhappy customers. After getting home with my order noticed most of the order was wrong drove back a 20 minute drive to bring home sandwiches that had rock hard bread ?. This was my first and last time going here save y’all’s money and make a sandwich at home it would have been a 1000% better than this place.

It's really fast and delicious . Jimmy John's is one of my favorite sandwich shops. I like the #17, the ultimate porker , I add cheese and peppers . I get a whole pickle quartered some jalapeño chips and a fresh unsweetened tea. The ice is very chewable. The best ice in town. My son is a picky eater, so I get him a slim 1, ham and cheese, and French bread.The bread is delicious. The restaurant is clean and the workers are cool and quick.Parking: On-site free parking lotKid-friendliness: My son loves the slim oneWheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance

Horrible!! We are a business here in KV and every time we order from here the food is wrong or missing something! They dont check the food before its delivered. Then told we can come pick up what they forgot or we can wait 20 mins to receive what was forgotten. Unacceptable! If they would only check the food before it delivered this problem would not happen.*** update the same delivery drive came back to bring the forgotten items. As soon as she walked in she threw the bag at out front desk and walked out. Disgusting! If you hate your job why are you there?
