Never had any issues here prior but this is our first time using the play place. It’s relatively clean in here and my kids are having tons of fun. I know it can be hard to find play places for kids indoors so I recommend if you’re looking for one!Kid-friendliness: Giant play structure - my kids loved!

This is the last time we will be going there. We have stopped several times in the past and the drive thru is always slow and they have not gotten our order correct. This time we ordered a hot fudge sundae, nothing else. We sat in the line for almost 15 minutes, just two cars in front of us. When we finally got to the window the cashier was busy making a drink and finally when she came up to the window she told us they were out of fudge. It was the only thing we ordered you would think they could have sent someone out to tell us considering how long we sat and waited

I can't even rate mcdonald's, I wasn't in there recently, they have the worst Food on the planet! The only thing McDonald's has going for it is it's french fries if they're cooked properly.

Jose on the evening shift is amazing and gives terrific customer service. Last night at 1030pm (still early enough) I went Mcd's on Sidney Baker and the employee on the speaker told me she threw out the coffee and today at the same SB McD's they made my coffee i correctly again. After driving to Junction McD's, Jose made me a fresh cup at 1045pm (closes at 11pm) and was super courtious and wonderful about making a last minute coffee and today I got a replacement coffee for the bad one made at the other McD's. Jose and misc staff are awesome here on the evening shift (dont know about daytime bcs I never been) KEEP UP THE TERRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE JOSE???
