Been a customer for years! Great selection of products and I enjoy their in-house items also… My favorites are the soups along with the juices and smoothies! Real fruit and real vegetables are used in all of their juices and smoothies. They even make their own cashew milk.

Fast service at the smoothie bar-- I got the Luau Smoothie. They were out of pineapple so subbed with banana, I think it would've been better with the pineapple, the pineapple might've cut the taste of the lime better-- bc the aftertaste of the lime was pretty strong. But I still guzzled the whole thing down, very yummy, and fresh tasting. Will definitely be back to try another smoothie flavor!

I give ratings to a lot of places I visit and rarely give 5 stars so when I do it's a for sure thing. My daughter and I were shopping one Friday recently and she wanted to visit the Goodwill store next to Chick-fila, as we were driving by stores, I noticed the health store. Heather, my daughter, said that she had visited it before and that it had a great Juice Bar in there. I had never been to a juice bar before so she was excited to show me. We went inside and my eyes couldn't stop wondering around when she was trying to get my attention towards the back of the store to choose a juice. There were so many good looking, healthy options to choose from. I have a lot of health problems that I am trying to conquer and I finally found a place that has my remedies. While she was getting our drinks , I was looking at the items and found a small container of Homoeopathic medicine for bloating/gas and it was not that expensive so I asked my daughter to buy it for me along with a couple of small herbal meds. The juice was amazing all fresh fruits/vegetables made right there. Something funny happened when we walked out of the place headed towards the Goodwill store. I went to put my sunglasses on and noticed that I still had the small container of gas medicine in my hand SO we made a youee' and went back in to pay for the medicine. I am not a person to steal things and could not live with myself if I left without paying for the item. I love the medicine and the bottle it comes in. I finally found something that works for my gas/bloating problem. I will be going back to shop there when I have money and time. Thanks, Sandy Troskowski

Love me a good health store! They have a lovely juice/smoothie bar in the back & as many supplements / beauty products / etc. as a much larger store (like a Sprouts or Whole Foods). I tried the Spicy Green juice (with jalapeño, kale, cuke, celery, ginger, apple, lemon), and it was really good! I didn't taste the jalapeño much, but that's fine. And I greatly appreciate how full the flavor was! Sometimes places just make a juice 85% cucumber and it's weirdly watery, but this juice was hearty and delicious! And in our current state of inflation I think it was only like $5.50. How stellar! I picked up a couple clearance breakfast bars I am looking forward to trying, too.

Beat smoothies ! Little deli with healthy food. Great variety of vitamins foods lotions and natural health care items. Everything from chocolates and spices and a lot of vegan options. Loved the freezer section where we were able to get vegan cheese, raviolis and many other options to take home and eat. Awesome little health store!

This is the most uneducated unfriend and down right rude group of employees I have ever had to deal with. They claim to be a health food store and to want to serve the community yet they randomly discontinue items that people in the community use that work. It's that are proven to help with PTSD and anxiety. When ask if they have another product that is similar that will help the staff just gives you a blank stare like um are you seriously asking me questions about the products we carry. They are more interested in what's being cooked in the back and how much they can charge the customer for certain items. No concern or compassion at all if they don't have what your looking for they are done with you they just walk away. They don't even care to find you a alternative

Juice Bar is amazing call ahead if you're in a hurry. i love the Blues Bowl and the Berry BLast bowls they are huge. i get my healthy snacks there that are dairy and gluten free AND taste great. so many nutritionals there and a knowledgeable friendly staff & the owners are amazing. prices for supplements are competitive too which the owners worked very hard to make happen. WIN!

If there is a negative zero rating , I will rate the brand of vitamin sold at this shop as ADULTERATED/FAKE VITAMIN. Look up the word. Vitamins are not regulated by the FDA. Anyone can set up a room and start manufacturing vitamins as long as you do not claim unapproved usage. “ DO NOT ., I repeat DO NOT buy their vitamin brand. They sell adulterated vitamins of their own brand. If you read the label and manufacturer is “Next Generation” do not buy because you will be putting junk in your body. Go to San Antonio Vitamin shop or order on line if you are unable to find the vitamins you are looking for. Food items are ok.
