The employees were very nice and friendly. My daughter got a mango tea with strawberry boba and I got a white chocolate mocha. Both drinks were delicious. I didn't know that the Bubble Tea Factory had coffee, will definitelybe going back for my morning fix.

I absolutely love this place, but I'm a little disappointed that their app hasn't been working lately. I had written in to them about it a couple of months ago...I don't believe I had ever heard back from them, but I went in today and the app still isn't working. I keep missing out on points and rewards, which sucks. Please consider fixing it for loyal customers sake or maybe just do away with it completely and not give people false hope.
