I used to love Whataburger! Something has changed... The chicken sandwich - Not good, in my opinion. It's VERY expensive now! Everything that I have ordered: Onion Rings, Fries, Salad, Chicken Sandwich - Are just "So-So"... Even the Burgers are not that great anymore...?
Although I went there at lunch time and the restaurant was busy, the wait staff was very pleasant, cordial and quick. My food was prepared quickly and was hot when it arrived. The restaurant was very clean and a very pleasant atmosphere, despite being busy.

We came in during a rush and we just wanted to leave a comment saying that the staff was handling the rush amazingly. Despite clearly being backed up, they were timely and polite with us. As a former fast food worker, I understand how stressful those moments are, but like I said, the staff handled it amazingly.

Whataburget has a good, delicious burger.I like and trust it more than other burger joints. The burgers are big and loaded with nutritious vegetables. The vegetables are fresh and refreshing. A good serving for vegetables. I like the bacon jalapeño cheese burger with the works . It hits the spot.The bread the burgers are served in are chewy and delicious.
