Burgers are very delicious. Fried could have been salted and warmed a little more but overall amazing flavors. Wings could use some more TLC. They taste similarly to the quality of Applebees boneless. Not sure if they were dried/old because of time of order or if that’s their normal.

This particular Whataburger has lost our business. Three different times they have not got our order complete. Ie. Missing parts of the order. Manager made it right the first time, which was appreciated but having to return to the store was not. I believe that it is that they have a lot of very young people working there and the orders are not being checked carefully prior to presenting it to the customer. Thanks

I guess it is acceptable to have 2-3 pickles and 5 pieces of sweet onion on a WHATaburger these days. The new owners are changing their burgers to be JUST LIKE ALL OTHER BURGERS. The new owners are destroying the Texas Traditional Whataburger franchise. If they continue, their sign will look like a tombstone to Texans in the future.

The whataburger in Kerrville they are friendly they know me by name and they will talk with you like there best friend on the morning shift. I'm not sure about the day shift. But being a truck driver I love to talk it helps kill the silence. The food is excellent and they remember how I like my coffee or tea. They are really good people it's really rare to find that kind of service these days. Because generally people don't want to work anymore. But these wonderful individuals they deserve a raise. You guys rock. Thank you for all that you do. They are located just off interstate 10 exit 508 they have parking for 2 semi trucks easy.
