It is 6:25 p.m. and they have no waffle cones. Do they make them onsite...??? Yes...yes they do. But ...they are not making them. They are open until 11:00 p.m. I would understand if they were about to close...but they are not.

On google it says the store is closed. But we were craving Ice cream. Our local store has closed so I planned to purchase a quart. First thing, no employees were around for 10 minutes. Two slowly walked in with their own food eating. I made my oder later but the girl could not find any containers for my order. The were out of most donuts as well. My hubby and daughter ordered coffee. One Iced Americano the other the Red velvet something. O.mg.... the coffee was Horrible. Like has anyone been trained? One worker sat down on his phone the whole time as well. I rather drive to Tyler. Terrible!!!! Please train your people and for pete sake full up you stock it was barely 10:45.

This is the second time I have come to this place and at 5:30am they don’t have any full size bagels. You are a donut bakery how is that even possible? The prices for bagel bites are ok but they are so little. Do better d & d’s.

I drove 30 minutes to get ice cream because the Tyler store is always out of ice cream. Was I disappointed. Service was terrible. As soon as I walked in, a customer warned me that their service was terrible, and he was right. My scoops of ice cream weren't even full scoops. I doubt I'll ever return.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. Stood there for 10 minutes and wasn’t even acknowledged. However, the staff was seem to acknowledge their phones and each other. There wasn’t a line at all so they weren’t slammed. One customer other than myself…that’s it. So for 5-6 employees not able to handle that is sad. Try training your staff to take care of their customers, not play on their phones.

I have waited 20 minutes with 3 employees behind the counter. Not one of these employees acknowledged me, offered to help me, or even cared when I mentioned how long I had been waiting. I would avoid this place at all costs. It was filthy and I saw several bugs. I had plenty of time to check things out! Maybe you should appreciate customers. I have a wide reach and I assure you I intend to use it!

We’ve been wanting to get ice cream here but we never seemed to make it. One Saturday, a couple of weeks ago we stopped by in the middle of the afternoon. We were so excited! No ice cream. ? We are told it was being cleaned and none was available. ? So to Sonic we go. We stopped by the following Saturday early afternoon; no ice cream. Again it’s being cleaned. ??♀️ I asked when it would be available. Not today. ? So from what I’ve gathered the ice cream bin is cleaned on Saturdays. You don’t sell ice cream on a Saturday?????
