I literally ordered a salad and wings. That was an hour ago. The driver showed up and said "Sorry, I don't have your order, I'll be right back." What the fuck? My order was not complicated at all. This is unacceptable, he came back 30 minutes later with the order. Why would I want to order from a company who is incompetent and cannot deliver in a timely matter? maybe PizzaHut will be my go to from now on. Dominos in Kilgore has bad staff. I don't recommend them, AT ALL.

The worst customer service I've ever seen called to ask about why I was on hold for 35 minutes she said we were under staffed and had a lot of orders I said colId I get napkins she started at me don't raise your voice at me which I wasn't being that I'm hard of hearing but she was so damn rude it made me get vulgar with her not giving me the chance to explain my situation never again will I patronize this place

Took me awhile to figure out how and what to order to get it the way I like it, but once I did it was very good. Couple of things would make it even better: 1) a piece of paper between the box and the Pizza to absorb the sweat from putting the hot pizza in the box and closing it up; and 2) the online ordering limits you to how much topping you can have on your pizza Only way to override that is to call it in after you submit the order online and have them add it. Otherwise, it is yum yum!

I'm reviewing Domino's Pizza as compared to other traditional pizza joints. I'm a fan of thin crust pizza. The thinner and crisper the better. I want to taste the toppings. This is the best thin crust pizza I've ever had... EVER! Super thin and crispy with just the right amount of charring around the edge. Right amount of toppings. Just right on the sauce and cheese. And the price is right. Got a large two topping and asked for different toppings on each half and was still just $5.99. And, did I mention how thin and crispy the crust is??? On line ordering app is great for customizing the pizza to your liking and scheduling for pickup or delivery.
