I'm disappointed in the customer service this Little Ceasars offers its customers. The food was great but this weekend I made a mobile order through the app. When I went to pickup my food I let the employee know that I was charged for food I didn't order. I asked if I could get a refund and I was told that there was nothing that could be done. I was told that I needed to take my food and leave so other customers could be waited on. My son ordered 5 pepperoni pizza’s! They was wonderful! The dough was soft,and not hard,could even taste the yeast so lightly! Thank you and hats off to the cooks that made these pizza’s.
