My kids and I were in a hurry and the line was held up by one car, we sat for 10 minutes waiting to order, so I backed out. The manager Willie Wood, waved me down as I was pulling out of the parking lot and insisted on taking my order then and there and he went in and prepared it himself! Willie was so kind and considerate, his customer service skills are 10/10!! Thanks Willie!

I was here in Kilgore a couple of weeks ago to order supplies from a local vendor and just happened to grab an early lunch. I just want to say the front counter lady was so sweet. Literally was my best experience ever at a Popeyes.

Always something going on here to give you a bad experience. Went and no one answered the drive thru, went to the doors and they were locked. And in the past the didn’t include my chicken sandwich in my chicken sandwich order had to drive back just to get it.

Sides were okay, but both sandwiches (flounder and spicy chicken) were old and dry. The flounder was almost jerky like it was so dry and tough.

We love Popeyes and this is the only location in East Texas where we find that they are consistently clean, friendly, and most importantly open. The Tyler Tx stores never have their lobbies open these days. But the Kilgore store is always friendly and dependable.

the staff was amazing, but the food is horrible. you can tell that everything they gave us is old. the fries were so stale we threw them away instantly, the sandwich tastes like straight oil, and the mac was probably 4 noodles total. will not be back :(

Lobby was closed so had to go through the drive through. We'll the speaker was broken in the drive through so it said to pull forward to the window. I wanted at the window for a minute and made eye contact with an employee who proceeded to just ignore me. Absolutely the worst Popeyes I have ever been to.

This has to be the worst experience of my life. The drive through was broken and I sat there for 5 minutes until I saw a post it note written in faded chicken scratch prompting me to pull forward. I wish I would have instead pulled in reverse. Because once I got to the window I was greeted by an impatient woman eating a chicken sandwich. She mumbled through the pound and half of chicken she had in her mouth something along the lines of "what you want?" Once we put in our order we were told to wait in the parking lot for our sandwiches. After 15 minutes I went inside and our sandwiches were being ignored. #iusedtolovethatchickenfrompopeyes
