I haven't been to Applebee's in years, and this did not make me want to return. I came because of their ads for being voted "best boneless wings" and so I thought I'd try them out again.It started off alright, but after we made our order it went downhill. Neither of us got the drinks that we ordered, just water. Remember the reason we went there? Yeah, never got the boneless wings. It took an hour, not exaggerating, to get our meals. They were fine, good, but not extraordinary. Chili's service is as good as it wasn't here, and I know where I'll go next time.

For being short staffed tonight, the staff at Applebee's was great. The restaurant was packed, so it was quite a load on them, but they served with a smile and showed great teamwork. The food was hot and delicious.

I asked for a medium to medium well steak. I got a DRY BURNT steak they tried to cover it up by placing it on the other side I'm the to go container. I would have been fine with it but it's DRY and cold to. Like how is my steak cold if you just cooked it. Mash potatoes and broccoli is also

We waited at the front for about 7 mins waiting in the host, no bueno, other than that it was ok, we had a good waiter Brikiyah, hope I’m saying it right, was very attentive.
My 6 year old said this is now her favorite place to eat good in the neighborhood.

Service was terrible. Did not receive napkins or silverware. Had to ask for both twice. After taking my order my server proceeded to walk off and did not get my wife’s order. My wife was served a margarita in a beer glass and it was basically flavored water. DO NOT go to this location. There are plenty of better restaurants in Killeen. The burger I order was pretty much lettuce, burger and shredded cheese. The pathetic thing was that is was empty on a Sunday evening around 7 so there was no excuse for the terrible service and poorly cooked food.
