I can't get anyone to answer phone. Messed up my oder again. It always seems to be this aurbys.. I might just have to ride across town to get everything situated. UGHHHHH
have to say I love Arby's but this has to be the slowest one ever. from the wait in the line for the drive thru. was 3 min. then to order was another 3 min wait.then at the window.. another 3-4 min.. they lost 2 cars in the line waiting to just place an order. Not much faster to walk in either. But food is great everything fresh. And they do give sauces.so I keep going back just know it take 15-20 min to get thru.

I generally really like Arby's food. The bread on my sandwich was dry and old tasting. The meat wasn't very warm. Usually it's pretty hot. I don't know if maybe they already had it ready or what. But I know it wasn't freshly made. It seems that most fast food restaurants in the same area is lacking at each one. So I would steer clear of this location.

Never have I ever gone to an Arby’s and had a bad experience until today. I went to this location in Killeen and I ordered chicken tenders with curly fries. I even upsize my meal. The fries are cooked so hard. It is ridiculous. They are not good whatsoever, and the chicken tenders are even harder, they are flat and cut to wear. They are tough. This was a waste of my lunch. The only good thing is the sweet tea. Arby’s do better. This is ridiculous your chicken tender, cut my mouth.

Within the past few months this establishment has gone downhill. Two out of the last 3 times, I've been told that their system is down, or only taking cash. Every time we stop by the workers are outside in the back, "hanging out" with other people while they are wearing the headset. Just seems as the workers aren't wanting to work at this point. Tonight was the last attempt of getting food there.

Sandwhich the Ruben ordered thru uber which they were good. But sandwhich was thrown together way to much sauce. I received in less than 10 mins.
