We drove all the way from temple to be told that they don't make jalapeno pretzels that often. So needless to say I ended up with a regular pretzel that tasted horrible a d had no salt. My husband got the pepperoni which he didn't care for either. A waste of money and gas. Won't go back.

Sept 9 employees were being rude when asked questions about their menu. Very unprofessional, you can't assume your customers know your menu as you do. Or if changes were made.

I don't know who the old woman is working the counter but she's extremely rude. If she can't work customer service without giving customers attitude she should be working somewhere else. Decided not to order anything¯⁠⁠(⁠°⁠_⁠o⁠)⁠/⁠¯

NO ⭐'s if I could terrible Minni pretzel dogs taste burnt and looked it most of the pretzels were burnt in the glass.Will definitely not go back. They need new training, and timing for how long to cook.We Spend our money that we work hard for to give to This company which is well of $5. To receive terrible testing items is bad. Where is the great customer service.

Y'all gave me burnt cinnamon sugar nuggets not the ones l wanted. Plus, you were out of the cream cheese icing. Worst experience ever since they were too busy chatting it up with their "friends". DO NOT RECOMMEND!

It never fails the pretzels are always hard but I keep giving them a chance hoping they hire some people that care who do we have to complain too to get better quality at this location I’m from the north and have never had so many bad experiences it’s like they don’t care are there not timers to know when to refresh the pretzels!!??? I think today will officially be my last at this location.

Any and every time I see an Auntie Anne's I'm going to stop and purchase the cinnamon pretzels. I went this past Saturday to the Killeen Mall and ordered the usual. The cashier only spoke Spanish, but "acted" as if she understood my request. I paid and did not pay attention to what she gave me. When I realized she gave me the wrong thing I brought it to her attention...which she did not appreciate AT ALL!! I understand Spanish, and I clearly understood she was not willing to right her wrong, she provided me a look like I had p*** on my face, and tried to SHOO me off, because "that's not her problem". I'm laughing at her because she's mad with me because SHE grabbed the wrong pretzels She (finally) went to get a very professional lady from the back that spoke English and corrected Ms. Angry Cashier's mistake. So to whomever you are, thank you for being a professional and resolving the very simple problem Thanks to you, I will be coming back to your location!!

The pretzels tasted old and to make matters worse the employee who took our order got mad bc she didn't understand. She decided to start going off in Spanish ( when none of us spoke Spanish) all bc she gave us the wrong pretzels! The blonde lady with the pig tails had to come up and make her settle down. The two stars are for her bc she is a rockstar! Once she got up there, it was simple fix. As busy as this location is, I'm shocked at the state of these pretzels.

Pretzels were burnt. Also, charged me for a bottle of water and gave me tap water.... Line (of poor unsuspecting customers) was too long to get it exchanged or refunded.
