My mom was visiting and had a taste for a good hamburger. A friend suggested this place but we got there and it wasn't the same name. We decided to take a chance and I'm glad we did. The staff was great. Everyone behind the counter took their time with us and made sure we got what we wanted to order. The food was really good. Wish we ordered more onion rings because I had to share mine and I wanted more ?. If you're looking for a good burger, great staff and great atmosphere then this is your place. I will definitely go back soon. BTW there are tvs there to watch a game if you're there on a day they're played. I got the mushroom Swiss and my mom got the TX burger with A1 sauce on the side but she said it did taste good on her burger.Parking: Parking is available but this restaurant is in an area with other businesses and to go orders are parked in front of the bldg so you have to walk across the parked cars to get to the door. My mom is elderly so that was a concern.

Absolutely delicious! My fiancé and I just moved to the area and this is now our favorite spot. The service was beyond friendly and atmosphere was so chill. Definitely recommend! 10/10

AWESOME is the word for this place. First visit to Billy Bob's and this place did not disappoint. Had burgers at other so called best in Killeen but this was the best by a long shot. I am from Oklahoma and we know burgers. This place, the service and atmosphere is the bomb. They're changing hands and with Cassidy's soon but still check the place out.

They probably have really great food. Unfortunately their 9 PM posted and advertised closing time is not accurate. I've come by this place twice each time they're closed. Need to update their advertised hours and lite-up open sign in the window.

One of our favorite places in town for burgers and other such treats! These folks go out of their way to make you at home. Reason for the "4" rating is their somewhat irregular hours. Due to the COVID disaster our government has pushed upon us, Billy Bob's, and other businesses are experiencing extremely difficult employment issues (ie., government 'handouts' destroying the need to work) and cannot maintain their usual business hours.

I have seen great reviews of this place, so decided to give it a shot. First thing, there are signs posted all around about a labour shortag, so my wife and I expected a wait. Unfortunately from order to table took just at 1 hour. We came in after the lunch rush and few were in the dining room. However, the drive through was non stop. The drive through always takes priority as with many places. The burgers were crunchy around the edges. A bit over cooked but decent in flavor. The fries and onion rings were good. Nothing special. The staff were nice and polite. Unfortunately as we sat here eating, I watched a young worker walk from the kitchen area with his pants hanging around his a** and right hand grabbing his male member as he left the kitchen area and entered the restroom. Not someone I imagine wanting to handle my food. Five stars because of the nice staff. Three stars for the wait and less than stellar food. I may give them a try on another day in case this one was just an off day. I recommend the owner invest in a better POS system to increase speed and efficiency.

Solid burger place for a "classic" burger. Thin patty with a nice char. I couldn't see myself doing anything less than a double unless I'm having a bad day. And to touch on a previous I review, I could certainly tell that pepper is used to flavor the patty. But it wasn't overwhelming. Fries are pretty solid as well. I like that there are several options for add ons, including a fried egg. Good stuff!
