I ordered a plate that comes with wings nachos and mozzarella sticks and because they didn’t have onion rings they didn’t complete my order but still charge me then they charge me an extra $58. When I never got any food I called the restaurant and the guy seemed like he didn’t give a ****. This is my first time ordering from them I will never ordered from them again.

You know a few days ago we ate at Pluckers, overcooked fried so hard could not enjoy it I was too busy worrying my son would choke the wings were over fried, Today food was just right flavor , hot we had wings spicy Garlic, asian zang , chirachi honey , spicey lemon pepper , wedges , curd cheese, onion rings all American burger all the food was delicious and waitress great food was served hot and fresh . A place to kick it with family , I recommend Buffalo wild-wings over Pluckers.

After the disappointment of sitting for 10 minutes at BWW where we live, and not being greeted, we drove over from Temple to eat here because the service at this location is always great.We were NOT disappointed!Maria was a ROCKSTAR as a server.The food was great, especially the cheese curds were absolutely on point tonight!Thanks for a great experience Maria! It's because of folks like you that we are willing to drive a few extra miles for great service.

Eating here was absolutely the most worst dine in experience I’ve ever encountered. First and foremost the bathrooms were extremely disgusting. We waited about 45 minutes to be seated (not busy at all). Proceeded to wait about 45 more minutes for our food, just for it all to be cold. To top it all off, our server was just rude and rarely ever checked on us for anything. I rarely ever leave surveys but this I had to share this experience. Please do better BWW

This company really has gone downhill bad. My "Hot BBQ" wings were actually Asian Zing but still labeled hot BBQ. Thanks for really messing up a door dash order so I can't correct it. And, furthermore you made me miss out on a limited time item. ?

We went to get the free 6 piece any wing and the only one we eat is boneless i came in with my 4 yr old daughter because i liked it last time and i wanted her to experience the food we were going to get the 3 of us drinks and an appetizer but they were out of boneless wings on a promotion day and we had to wait almost an hour to be seated because they only had one server. Mind you we got there at 2:10 and the promotion started at 2:00 i would expect them to be out later on in the day but not 10 minutes after it started and the service was horrible. We just left after being told that my daughter was crying.

So, bad experience at this Buffalo’s. We are seated and the first thing out waitress says is let me tell you what we don’t have. We don’t have boneless wings or ranch. How are you a wing place and not have boneless wings and ranch. Sounds like bad management not properly ordering inventory. So we had to go to Chillies to actually get boneless wing.

We got there 40 before the Super Bowl pregame and we did not get served our appetizers until 20 minutes after we ordered and we sat there for three and a half hours and did not get our food till halftime the restaurant was only serving the to go orders 10 other tables were not getting their food until hours after they ordered it we got there before the sun set and when we got out it is pich black

I get it's Superbowl, but this establishment should have been prepared for it. Instead bar patrons and to go orders were filled while us and others sat for over 2 hours without food. We had to cash out (drinks that were barely refilled) at half time. (Came 30 mins before pregame). Still hungry. Going elsewhere after the manager gets to voiding out the food they refuse to serve. Ridiculous.

Place a to go order and got home the chicken was rubbery and under done with no sauce at all on them. The fries and onion rings were old and burnt. Then my other order totally had the wrong sauce on them. The service was horrible! Came in and waited 5 minutes and a group walked in after me the hostess walk right pass me and stated she needed to sit her regulars while the rest of us waited to be acknowledged for our to go orders only then to be told she going on break. This is the second time the food has been terrible in less the two weeks. I don’t know who u guys hired but they cannot cook at all!
