Last time I went here to get breakfast for my son and I. I was the only person there. I was told to pull to the first window and I sat there for a very long time a gentleman walked past and looked at me and rolled his eyes and kept on stocking or whatever the hell he was doing. So I drove up to the second window thinking that they mistakenly told me to go to the first window. I get there and they're like you didn't pay at the first window. I said no I didn't. I sat there for a long time a gentleman walked by looked at me as though I was a nuisance and kept doing something else, didn't come bother to take payment so, I figured you guys made a mistake and told me to go to the wrong window. So they told me I'm gonna need you to put it in reverse drive back to the first window and go pay and I said no I'm gonna need you to cancel my order and I drove off. Absolutely freaking ridiculous. And that was the manager that said that!

Sitting here at BK and I should have known better... 2 cars in fr9nt of me a 1 behind me so I'm blocked in. I ordered my food after sitting here for 10 min...They are way under staffed...and under managed... its called fast food for a reason...if in a hurry for a quick lunch avoid this place as you will be waiting atleast 20 min to getbyour food...Cold fries and no napkins...and an attitude..come on now people....if undont like your job...quit and get another one...everywhere I look .... they are hiring...

Today I went to Burger King on Clear Creek Killeen Texas. Paid for my food at the window, and was told that I could not get a receipt because the machine was broken, that should have been my first clue. Got to the second window to get my food waited for a long time for a chicken sandwich with light, mayo, tomato and cheese. Get home and my sandwich is thrown together, not properly wrapped, no cheese that I am sure I paid for, almost not lettuce at all. I called to speak with the manager, the conversation started of good, but then he started to cut me off when I was explaining my issues. Then he proceeded to tell me that I sounded like the lady that has been coming to there place and complain a lot. Mind you that it was my second time coming to this Burger King and this was the only time I have complained. Lots of young men behind the counter, it appeared no one was wearing hair nets, or hats on some. What I am hoping through this complaint is that someone high would go to this place and take a look at the facility. I hope that they will get it together, and realize that people want quality food and service when they are spending their money. I will not be going there ever again, and I pray that something is done with mangers that do not want to hear what the customer has to say that may improve their facility, not hurt them but help them. Ordered a chicken jr. for my son And He got this very hard thin hockey puck. Last time I ordered they forgot my order of cookies they upselled me and now this. There’s no way the person making this didn’t see or realize this piece of “chicken”. Definitely shows that they don’t care cuz there’s no way this is an honest mistake.

Came here today and was told that I could not pick up my phone in mobile order from the drive-through window. This is ridiculous every other Burger King I've ever been to will let me pick up my things from the drive-in window he insisted I could not. The manager was crude and rude And I would never recommend this Burger King to anyone again I will never return here. As I look at the reviews it seems like the majority of the people at this particular restaurant have given terrible reviews don't go here and Burger King change the management They are extremely unprofessional and a bad representation of your company

Yo this place is straight trash. Everytime I come here it's always one thing or the other. No ice! No whipped cream for shake, sodas are complete trash! Watered down trash, service is trash. Waited at intercom for easy 10 mins. Then the food is trash too! Burgers cold! Fries straight trash that have been sitting for 2 hrs then reheated. Just shut this shit hole down! Omg y'all suck at doing the simplest job.

Dont know if shes new, but an employee named Tanya took my drive through order. She did a phenomenal job, she was very patient with me as i asked questions about the menu, she was very polite and friendly. Fast food places usually have a bad reputation. However she has made Burger-king shine today. This was at 3:00pm, Tuesday, 07/27/2021. Food was great and was made quickly.

this BK is the worst in Killeen 100%... i have been there TWICE now.. and both times the evening shift has been completely horrible.. that building is full of people who 100% do not care if they get fired. first night, the lady who took my payment gave me my card and receipt and before i could even get out a thank you she says "ugh, your welcomeee." the guy squeezes my drink as i take it. it spills in my car and he just stares at me.. doesnt say sorry.. literaly stares.. tonight, i go there, the lady who took my order was super rude that i even chose to go there, the guy that takes my payment is rude. tells me to wait at the window (i waited for a good 5-10 minutes) before he finally allows me to pull forward. the lady hands me my stuff and slams the window.. Everyone on night shift needs fired, the manager needs fired, and the store manager needs reprimanded for allowing this to happen. If I could give it 0 stars I would... you guys really need to step it up. Absolutely spitting in the face of the BK name.

So I pull into BK Wednesday morning at 6:30am... I sit at the speaker for two minutes... no order-taker. I honk my horn and do a little yelling... nothing. So I drive around to the window and there are workers in the kitchen just cutting up and obviously not intending on taking any orders. Took my business to Jack in the Box down the street. Probably won't return to this BK for awhile- if ever.

En el área del servicarro tienen un mal servicio. Por segunda ocasión esperamos más de 20 minutos para ser atendidos. Cabe notar que no había nadie más en fila. y tan pronto llegó otra persona a ser atendidos junto a nosotros a ellos si los atendieron. No entiendo si lo hacen adrede o es que ese lado no funciona. Reportamos la situación y su repuesta fue: Entonces que quieren la comida?... No gente no es solo comida es un mejor servicio al consumidor.

AWFUL SERVICE!! I went in to the restaurant around 1:20PM to get 2 whoppers. I went inside to place my order and after waiting for 20 MINUTES I asked the general manager where my food was. He looked at he orders and realized NOONE had even started it. He got my order ready and all he had to say to me was that the burgers were fresh, no sorry, no free coffee, no nothing! I live about 5 minutes from burger king and when I got home, I found that the burgers were COLD. Had to warm them in the microwave. SAD, SAD, SAD!!!

Literally the worst place to go. The line is always very long and very slow, with unmotivated employees that would probably prefer unemployment, over working there.

It's really a bad thing to have to say, but the king is no longer the king of anything. The food is bland, from the tastless burgers to the weird tasting fries. Save ya money and go somewhere where they care about favors and good fastfood.

All of the orders were wrong when we were being very specific in the drive thru order window. We returned and they took even longer to correct our order.
