Placed breakfast order before cutoff time. 15 minutes later store cancels order and says breakfast is over. Why accept my order and payment then? Order and payment should've never been accepted.

My gf and I came to this location last night and I can honestly say this is the best Burger King I’ve ever visited. I personally hate the fries at Burger King but the ones at this location was phenomenal. While eating the supervisor/manager Dorian came to us and asked us how we liked the food. Never in the history of fast food has someone come and asked me how the food was. We then had a very pleasant conversation and he shook my hand. I don’t know if I’ll ever go to a Burger King this great. Shout out to the manager for making this experience worth writing about.

People are quick to call for bad service, however the prompt attention we were provided on our visit was phenomenal. I would also like ro mention this is not an isolated event, as everyone behind me also received exemplary service! Please clone these employees!!

Pulled up at 1030p all lights on, at least 2 workers inside but no one would respond at the drive thru and the door was Locked lol hours said Close 1a. Maybe there was an emergency I don't know but next time put up a sign. We are from out of town, staying at a hotel and we are starving.

Ordered drive thru, messed up. Simply ordered jr whopper combo and whopper burger only. Asked for medium onion rings and drink. Got the wrong drink and was given French fries instead of onion rings. How can a simple order get screwed up?! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. Is this restaurant being supervised? Needs to be checked out by corporate.

Always great service here very fast compared to some of the others I been too. The only complaint I ever have going here is that the seats and tables are sometimes sticky and not washed down with soap properly.
