For chain chicken it’s certainly better than Church’s or KFC. It is a decent fried chicken place. The service is great, probably the best you will get for a fast food chicken place in the area. It is important to note, this is southern style chicken place and not a “Cajun” style like Popeyes or Bojangles. Also, they serve rolls instead of biscuits.Kid-friendliness: This would also be a safe option if you have kids because they have a kids menu and stuff off the kids menu that is also kid friendly. Tenders, corn nuggets, Mac N Cheese would be a hit for most kids.

The food was ok. I ordered chicken tenders family dinner with fried okra, fries, 4 rolls, and their signature country gravy. The tenders were crispy but lacked seasoning. I like the fried okra. The fries wasn’t great. The gravy lacked flavor, too thick and horrible. The rolls were pretty tasty though.

Ordered 2- 6 piece tender meals... should have been called 6 piece sliver meals. The "tenders" weren't very big, more like slivers of chicken. Ordered the okra, they were way over cooked and truly not edible. Ordered a sweet tea and a half and half. Server didn't know which was which because they didn't mark the drinks. Definitely not worth the $33 we paid for our meal.
I just left the drive-through and the guy with the curly hair that’s blonde has the best customer service. Need more like him!

I am not sure where it became common for fast food to demand a tip. The front counter female was upset she did not receive a tip just for taking our food order. The worker made it known she did not receive a tip while my wife was still at the counter and then again while waiting at our seat for the food to be made. Tips are earned and not just to be expected. She was very rude and vocal about not receiving one. The rest of the staff were very nice and friendly and almost apologetic for their fellow worker. If you want to earn tips, try for a business/restaurant where you actually wait on people and provide a dining experience. You do not see people at McDonalds, Wendy’s, Freddy’s demanding tips. Overall the food was good. I can’t remember the front staffs name but she had short hair and glasses. Because of her actions I will probably take my almost 50 dollars I spent on fast food and go somewhere else.
