I must say the newly renovated plaxce is nice. The carpet was clean, as well as the place. They have added more interactive games for the kids, the food was good, and the mouse was amazing, dancing and singing with the kids.

This was the most over rated place I ever have taken a child to!!! We took my grandson and it was not where a kid can be a kid it is on my top worst list for kids! And the prices lol wow!

The pizza was so greasy. The salad bar was sub par. They had a few good games. It has been a while since we have been there. Just like everything else nowadays the prices are outrageous.

This franchise is more expensive and more poorly ran than others I've been to in many states. Cheese is considered a topping. Pepperoni is automatically 1.50 more, no matter if the pizza is ordered from the photo. They charge more for the parties by nearly 75$. I will not be having another party here. My kids had yearly parties up north at Chuck e Cheese, and we always spent summer vacations and halloween there. Im truly sad that this business can not figure out their operations enough to not rip off the customers. The staff blatantly hates what they do, and they force every employee to be a part of the celebration. I miss the genuine staff from the other locations.
