Atmosphere is 10/10 recommendOur waiter wasn't knowledgeable when recommending us something to eat we were first timers coming and had no idea what to get.Red snapper was very dry and we got the chicharrón it was tasty very greasy overall it's ok place to eat

This is a wonderful local business- combat veteran family owned-serving up traditional Puerto Rican food. Some of the menu items are a little higher in price than I had expected, but the service was lovely and so are the flavors! This is a family-friendly establishment, clean interior, cute decor, and it makes you feel like you’re on a little beach vacation. Happy travels- A

These guys will expect you to wait 2 hours for a simple meal. Then if you leave, they will say you diner dashed knowing damn well you didn't even get your food yet. Their fountain drinks are also $4. I would not be surprised if they sold water for $2.

Please show the whole video with audio. I didn’t even finish my drink and paid 4 dollars for it. We came in and asked how long was the wait for the food ( I was on my lunch break). The young female hostess said 15 to 20 mins. We ordered a salad with steak and the short ribs with rice. We placed that order around 1:10 or 1:15. We never got the food btw. My friend ordered some plantains and asked if they were breaded or fried. The waiter said no, it’s just smashed (we never been here before, so we had no clue why they were smashed). This where the 2nd problem came in with the waiter attitude. He was puffing and smacking his lips ( I do not like bad customer service. Don’t care where I am). He served her fried plantains after being told they would NOT be fried. Then he goes on to say this is how my culture makes them. We asked the waiter to take them off the tab because it wasn’t what she ordered. So when he turned away smacking his lips. We asked that both orders be cancelled. The waiter got upset and said but we made the food. He walked away to go talk to the man in the kitchen. We both sit there for 5 mins waiting on the waiter to come back to the table and he never did. He went from the kitchen order area to slimming the plate over the trash and slamming the plate on the counter. I never left any restaurant without paying or tipping. However, a lot of these restaurants include this one have bad customer service. It’s not okay and it’s definitely not okay to try and slander someone on social media. Making it seems as if they ordered food, ate and did not pay. We had fountain drinks that total to $7.88. When asked for the order to be cancelled the waiter did not return. Btw It should never take an hour to make some rice and a salad with no customers in the building. It was only two people in there when we walked in. A door dash person came in and a lady with a cancelled order came in. We left after that lady. All this over two fountain drinks for $7.88 (and yes we have the receipt for our fountain drinks). I am very happy this happened because I know now exactly what it is and I will never return.Responding to owner.You still making it seem as if we ate your food and left. There was one other table being used when we left. The lady with the cancel order came back in as we were leaving. She asked did we get our food and I told her NO.. You can keep deleting the truth from your FB page and deleting people comments that agreed that your server was wrong. Your server or the young girl never came to the table to assist us. The cook never came out to explain the miscommunication and you ma’am were not there. That server needs to control his emotions. We never been to this restaurant before and he kept getting frustrated by the questions we asked. He should know what comes on the food and what’s in it. He didn’t even know the difference between fried and what’s not fried. This misunderstanding is over customer service and communication. You have a blessed day and stop lying making it seem as someone ordered and ran.We had no problem paying. Actually went to another restaurant and ate. Spent 58 dollars and tipped the young lady over 20% because her service was top tier! Your server missed his blessing yesterday. You all lost future customers that’s apart of some big circles. I was definitely looking forward to the experience to tell everyone despite the reviews of time management.
