We ordered 4 blizzards and a cone. Blizzards were not flipped upside down. They couldn’t be…because they were the consistency of soup. When we asked what was up with the melted blizzards we were quickly and in short told “It’s the ice cream”, before the window was shut on the drive through. However not only did we order 4 blizzards we ordered a cone. Aside lacking ice cream it seemed to be normal consistency. It was late and we were on a time constraint so we left confused. The blizzards were very much lacking any toppings and could easily be sipped…shakes are thicker than it was. These were pouring consistency. The location has been our regular for many years, however, sadly it is on a rapid decline.

I ve been going here since i retired from the military & each year, the place has started to decline. It has had a cheap update, but it s dated again. Always has alot of flys & friut bugs. They hire alot kids, but they make you wait. They don t acknowledged you. It s always messy as well. I know Covid has created alot of challenges for business, but you have to adapt & move forward. This establishment has not done that.

The ordering process was fine. The wait time on my order on the other hand, was sub par. I waited 15 mins just to be told that's just how it goes. I got no refill request nor an apology for the wait. The assistant manager was the one talking to me. I honestly don't want to eat my food after this encounter.
