This was my first time at this establishment. The whole experience was pleasant. The food was delicious and the staff was very helpful by assisting me to place my order.Kid-friendliness: The fire fighter theme is appealing to children. It also brought me to consider the role of fire fighters as a critically important profession in society and to appreciate these heroes who put it all on the line daily as a normal course of business. High Five to those HEROES!!!!!

Terrible service, long wait, food incorrectly made. Twice. No apology, no moving to the front of the line to have it corrected. Terrible experience. Dirty tables, trash on the floor, no working light in the men's room. Avoid this restaurant if you value your time or money.

I used to love to go there! This time the soda tasted flat and my sandwich was soggy and hard to eat. Also, it didn’t look very pretty. I used to get a Pickel with my sandwich as well but not today. I normally don’t leave reviews but for the prize we paid for our meals and the difference of how my food looked today was not okay.

Wonderful experience. The manager greated us coming in and checked on our order while dining in. The two working today are friendly and actually acted like they wanted to be here today.The sandwiches we got were well prepared and tasty.The tables and store are very clean.I will be coming back.
