I ordered a Patty melt and a Concrete Sundae, last night and the Patty Melt were dry and the meat tasted spoil I had to get rid of it and I ask them to be light on the fudge, at the bottom of my cup were lots of caramel and fudge couldn't enjoy it the worst concrete sundae I ever

No words everything was fresh. Excellent customer service. I also was offered a pup cup with peanut butter my dog loved it keep up the great work you can tell they like what they do.
The one thing that I can’t stand more than anything else is that I have to pay extra for something like a cup of cheese. Not that it’s a lot it’s only .75 cents but regardless I HAVE ABSOLUTE DISTAIN when I pay for it AND I DONT EVEN GET IT! So Freddys just stole .75 from me in the drive thru. That’s what really grinds my gears.

Me and my family just moved to Killeen from Georgia and haven't been to a Freddy's in years. While ordering our food at the drive thru, we took our time looking over the menu and we didn't think it was an issue. We ordered our food and proceeded to head to the drive thru window. By the time we pulled up to get our food, I was downloading the App. My husband told the person at the window I was downloading the App, but I told him it's okay to pay without the App because it was too late. After paying, the employee left the window open and spoke horribly about me and my husband. How we took our sweet time and how my husband had the audacity to say that I was downloading the App. We heard everything. Upset and embarrassed, we grabbed our food and looked inside the bags to see if we had everything. The employee and his co worker looked at us with an ugly look as if we were doing something wrong. I have never had such a horrible experience with any other restaurant, other than this. Is this how Freddy's serve their customers? We also were missing medium sized fries. I have tried calling the restaurant multiple of times, yet Noone answered. I will never return to this establishment and I will let my friends and family know how horrible this place is. Such a shame.I also reported this to corporate.*To add on, my daughter has a peanut allergy (which is severe) and it's hard to find any other place that doesn't contain peanuts or peanut contaminants in their food. This was the reason for coming to Freddy's in the first place.

I have just recently moved to Killeen Texas and I have shown up to Freddy's twice and I will say both times have been excellent! Not only is the food excellent and has been consistent but also the staff has gone above and beyond each time! They have been more than friendly and the service has been stellar! The custard is always nice and flavorful, the food comes out hot and perfect! I will definitely be coming back often as their customer service has been above and beyond!
