I LOVE icecream and typically have never had an icecream I didn't like. The icecream here has a waxy aftertaste/texture that was kinda gross after you get 1/4 through the bowl.They also need to do a better job cleaning in between flavors. I'm allergic to kiwi and didn't even think about it until I started having a mild allergic reaction and figured out there were bits of kiwi in my icecream that wasn't listed in the ingredients. So it must have been a different customer icecream made before mine that caused the cross contamination.I also love going to places with good customer service and this place fell short. It was our first time visiting and we didn't know what the process was. The server taking our order was impatient and visibly annoyed with how long it took us to figure what we wanted.For the amount you pay for such a small amount of not great icecream plus poor customer service I won't be coming back to this place.

To the person with the he/him button on your hat you are extremely rude. I asked what a good substitute fruit would be for my ice cream because I’m allergic to the one it originally came with and your response was “uhhhh anything” I’m sorry but do you not work here? Then I go to had you my money and you look at me like I’m stupid. You do not have good customer service skills and it shows. As for the ice cream it’s not good it tastes like watered down milk and for the amount of ice cream you get I would expect more toppings because you get three but I was wayyy wrong. I should have waited until 1pm for a different place to be open.

1st time here and I asked for ice-cream on a cone. They gave it to me in a cup. As I was about to grab it, the cone was very cracked I didn't grab a spoon because I wanted a cone not in a cup. I also wanted to add marshmallows as topping. Why did I get just "ONE marshmallow". ? though it would be mini marshmallows. Very
