Understaffed, lack of options, nothing on draft, only 1 large tv. Hardly a sports bar or a grill.

Simply gross!!!! Hamburger bun was an 1/8" thick (not sure how you get them that small), the chips were soggy like they had sat in water and couldn't eat them, the service was so slow I finally got up went behind the bar and got my own napkin (there were only two people in the place and we were both at the bar). The waiter was playing on his phone in the back. No salt or pepper. Eat at your own RISK!

Waited 30 minutes for food. To have the burgers brought dry and cold. No veggies. No condiments. Waited another 15 minutes for veggies. Had to ask for condiments. Complaints about having short staff. Manager took off 1 burger from meal ticket and still tried charging for other items we ordered that wasn't available from cooks kitchen. Just bad experience all around. Don't waste time. I understand it's a hotel restaurant but that's why you need to avoid it.

During my stay, I went in for breakfast. I was greeted right away by a friendly waitress named Jesse who immediately took my order. She was the only server, and the place looked too busy for one small woman to handle. It took over an hour for my food to come out. The waitress politely apologized over and over and maintained her composure, even though you could hear what sounded like the only cook degrade her in the background for putting in too many orders at once.

Meh,,,,, boring hotel bar with minimal menu - cookie cutter Holiday Inn style food. Bartender is friendly enough but more of a "drink-pourer" than an actual bartender

I was staying at the Holiday Inn for several days, and we ate at the hotel every day. The food and service were great. This made my visit very comfortable, thank you.

Had to stay here at Holiday Inn for quite a few months due to work. I've ordered almost everything on the menu and nothing was very good. The were always running out of stuff too and are way over priced. The staff were very friendly though.

Terrible really, many items on the menu are unavailable and service is slow. Breakfast is quite underwhelming. I would skip.

It's the hotel bar/restaurant. Nice open space, but not a whole lotta excitement going on here. Brandon's uploaded photos are spot on. Unless there's something on TV to attract casual wanderers, it's empty in here. Maybe it's not peak travel season, but I didn't see much traffic stopping by. Basic bar: 3 on draft, some familiar bottles of beer and wine, in addition to call and well liquors. I was greeted by the friendly bartendress when I sat at the bar after work for happy hour: $2 Lite, but no food specials. She said they were out of vodka. While reviewing the menu, she mentioned that the kitchen was out of a few items. The couple of food plates I noticed around the bar looked ok, but nothing that would inspire me to order from the menu, plus seeing one crawly bug in my hotel room gives me pause as to how many critters are hidden from public view. There's never only one in a building. Service was very good. She checked on me and the other customers often to make sure each one of us had everything we needed. Pleasant and cordial. She'd earn way more tips from a busier bar. Harv's Sports Bar and Grill is a nice, quiet place to chill out for the weary traveler. It has potential to be a hidden gem, especially with the open space and cheerful service. The staff working here are great. Such a shame that management doesn't do more to elevate the experience. There's plenty of competition down the road. I'm shaking my head because I would be content to hang out downstairs near my temporary home-away-from-home for my snacks and leisure because being cooped up in the hotel room is boring...and so is the pedestrian vibe at Harv's

We stayed at the holiday inn and tried the restaurant instead of going out for breakfast. Won't make that mistake again. After we ordered it took a long time to get our food. Me and my husband got our drinks quickly, my son's apple juice on the other hand..... We had to remind the server twice about it because it was at least 20 minutes after we got our drinks that my son got his. Same thing with his syrup for the pancakes. He had to sit there and watch us eat because the server didn't bring out syrup with the pancakes and kept forgetting to bring it. So I shared my meal until my son could eat his. So many things went wrong here I can't believe it was happening. My husband got the wrong plate! They didn't bring my bacon until we were almost leaving. And it was 2 bucks for two slices of sub par bacon, ugh. There was only one guy working so I can see why he was so forgetful/slow, but I don't want a repeat of what happened here. Finally a lady shows up and is helping him. But eventually all the tables need to be bussed and cleaned up. A couple walks in and is standing there and she tells them they can seat themselves anywhere.... The man replied all the tables are dirty(which they were.) Embarrassing. A plus they had was a basket full of crayons for my son to use and a coloring page they have for the kids. But I will not go back the restaurant, maybe it's better as a bar. I will never know since I don't drink. When we were finally done eating, me and my son and left my husband to get the check and pay while we went back up to the room. It took him a long time to make his way back to the room after us.

I have been to Harv's several times. Love the place and the food. The service is very slow and plan an hour to get your meal. So sit back, relax and enjoy the game.
