Got my order right, thanks. But the crawfish are clearly frozen and have no flavor. Lobster bisque tastes like it was made with the same frozen crawfish tails and not lobster. Much rather go to Razzoo's where it's FRESH in season.

Excellent seafood boils and service. Definitely add the sausage to your boil…it’s delicious!! Atmosphere was quite loud but overall a really good experience and meal.

Everytime we eat here its always first class dining. Carisa was our server and did an amazing job. She was very attentive and made sure we had our drinks and food on time. Greg the manager was sitting next to us and checked up on us and at the time, he was handing out tips and checks to the employees. They were all happy because it was payday for them. They like to have fun at work and it showed. Thank you for a great service and we will see you again.

The food was 10/10, and the portion sizes were VERY generous. My girlfriend ordered the lobster bisque and said it was the best lobster bisque she's ever had!Our waitress was super friendly and attentive, and service was lightening fast. I highly recommend this place :)

I just got some oysters that taste like shh literally the worst oysters ever. So disappointed. Had crab legs here and they are good but oysters have a terrible taste & I’ve had oysters from many places. If this was my first experience with oysters I would never try again it was that bad.

Food is exceptional. It is kind of pricey, but they have things that are not pricey. The only reason why it's pricey is because the food that they serve is pricey, regardless of who serves it. Great atmosphere and exceptional service.

Last night My friend and I arrived and decided to sit at the bar since it was just the two of us. We sat at the bar patiently waiting on the bartender to ask what we wanted to drink or if we wanted a menu and after 10 minutes she didn’t say a word. She continued to walk by us like we were invisible as we watched her slowly making drinks while looking upset about something. After 10 minutes my friend asks the bartender for a menu, she didn’t say a word just put the menus down and finally grabbed the dirty dishes that had been sitting there when we sat down. After we got the menus she went back to making a couple drinks then walking away from the bar. We assumed she’d asked what we wanted to order when she came back but she did not! We sat there another 15 minutes while she ignored us before decided to leave. I did speak to the manager about the bartenders behavior but I don’t believe he cared and he just asked us not to leave, but we did. I will NOT be returning to this place anytime soon. The attitude of the bartender was terrible from the time we sat down. I hate that the service was so awful because this was one of my favorite seafood places to go to here in Killeen.

Upon arrival the hostess was very rude. Employees & Manager were just sitting down in a booth. No heads turned when we walked in. After a couple of minutes the manager told the hostess “ you’re still working right? “ And pointed to us.All she told us “ Kitchen closes at 9:45pm its 9:22. First of all, as a person who’s been in management you don’t ever say that to a guest. Then she proceeds to say “ let me see if I can find a table for y’all.” very rudely. As we sat down— I looked to the side and ohhh my goodness. The windows were dirty. The blinds had food all around them. Dried up at that. Very disgusting. The bowl they gave us was dirty that was filled with utensils, bibs and wet cloths. We proceeded to tell our waitress (Ricardo) our drink order & food order. He was very helpful. We ordered hush puppies afterwords & never got them. As our food came out everything looked good but the taste had no flavor. We proceeded to ask for more sauce and butter. Our server said “ sorry unfortunately the kitchen threw everything out.” Thats fine I completely understand. We proceed to continue eating. No flavor, but just strictly butter water it seemed to taste like . Towards the end of our boil bag I found a long piece of hair in my bag. Our friends also found a hair in their bag as well. I was going to take my leftovers to eat at home but unfortunately I did not want to take anything home. I then proceeded to ask for a refill on tea. Welp unfortunately tea got thrown out as well. In reality as a server you’re supposed to carry hospitality & care for your tables. Well im not a soda drinker but I had to be one last night. In order to have something to drink other than water. It was our first time here ever. We came an hour away to try this place. Safe to say we wont be back. Over priced for no reason. With the extra money corporate gets they need to hire someone to deep clean that place. It’s awfully disgusting.

I'm not sure what has happened to this restaurant as it used to be one of our favorite places to eat. From the moment we walked in it was clear we were bothering them with our presence. The hostess was on her phone and couldn't be bothered to even look up and when she did she had a nasty attitude. There were 5 tables sat in the restaurant and we were told there would be a 45 minute wait. Mean while there was 8 employees just standing around. I have family visiting so we said we would wait. The host then exhaled loudly as if that was the wrong answer and asked me for my phone number then immediately returned to her phone. There was a manager who is always sitting at a table in the restaurant clearly could not be bothered. He was being nasty to his staff. After 45 minutes we got a text our table was ready. The hostess then didn't say a word to us and grabbed menus and walked toward a table, still with out saying a word to us. We have an 11 months old with us, and the host put us at a booth and walked away. She didn't ask if we needed a high chair. The booth we were sat in was absolutely disgusting. The windows are covered in old food, I took pictures. The waiter informed us he couldn't put a high chair at a booth, which was no big deal and moved us to a table. On the other side of that table was the manager who listened to us talking about the awful experience we were having but did not once get up from his table to check on any tables. The only person in the restaurant who seemed like they wanted to be there and make money was our sever Ricardo. He was amazing and friendly. Save your time and money and go to any of the other seafood restaurants in Killeen or Harker heights.
