Terrible had a door dash order and waited 45 minutes just for the cashier to tell me they didn’t have it after her confirmed the order at the Window. It was a black guy who was older I showed him the order and he got smart with me. I hope he doesn’t work there anymore. Do not take DoorDash orders from here. EVER!!!

I work night shift. At 3:00am I went to visit this location after work tired and hungry. The male drive thru attendant informed me that I would NOT be served due to cleaning and also directed me to illegally back out of the drive thru as there were 3 vehicles ahead of me blocking the correct exit.We have got to do better people!

Cashier with not very pleasant attention. Quite aggressive at 11 am. I didn't like his unhelpful attitude. ? If the employee Keisha doesn't know how to serve customers, she shouldn't serve customers. I give it 0000 in service. And she is rude. We asked her for a soda without ice and the very spoiled woman with attitude, put ice in it. And he closed the window on us in a very bad way. The order speaker does not work well.

Then after every other item the lady had an awful attitude and kept asking me if that was all before I could continue ordering, only making the process longer and more annoying for me as a consumer. Won’t be back.

Got pulled to the front. Behind three others who were also pulled to the front. Placed my order at 10:01pm. It’s now 10:20pm. I’m still waiting. And now more cars are pulled behind me. They’re pulling every single car regardless of order size. I ordered 1 #8 and 3 strips. My original order could not be fulfilled, no reason given just “ nope we don’t have that “ so finally 1021 order just came out. Asked her why it took 20mins to get it out. Answer: people didn’t do their job in the morning. No one wants to come in.Rare to find any customer service these days.

I have waited over an hour at the drive thru with only 1 car ahead of me. This is the SLOWEST restaurant I have EVER patronized. This happens any time of day or night. I have sometimes wated 45 mins to receive a COLD burger and fries or a completely wrong order. They never seem to have low calorie options available. I Love Jack in the Box. Hate this locations wait time.
