Garbage. My zucchini tasted like chemicals. Whatever it was stored in was obviously still drenched in bleach water or sanitizer water. They gave me way more rice than veggies. The chicken was burt. The lady at the register was nice tho.

I have been waiting a while to try this place. Turns out I shouldn't have. Order a beef bulgogi and the rice was old/raw and hard. I also ordered a tofu and veggies. I guess the only veggies they like to use is cabbage and it didn't even include rice.

The quality of food is excellent. Complaints are that the food comes out individually (instead of serving everyone at once), and our sushi order was delayed over 15 minutes because the employees were talking. Then they made the sushi for the party after ours prior to making ours. When approached about the delay, the "sushi manager" was unnecessarily rude. When we asked to speak to the manager, we were told no one else was available.

I’ve been 5 times and ordered the same thing and had great service whoever working the cashier now or picking up the phone is horrible. I will not be eating here again. Just called it was like they didn’t give care in the world. Phone skills are horrible.

Even super busy for lunchtime rush, Kogi Bowl is always a treat. The staff is personable and friendly and the food is excellent!

The customer service was literally what drew us in...we were walking by and glanced in and one of the employees (Isaac) came out and talked us into trying it. We definitely were not disappointed! The service was quick and everyone was very friendly and attentive...the food came out quickly and exactly as requested. We will definitely be eating here again!
Their idea of vegtable fried rice starts and ends with white rice, seasoned salt, and mixed vegetables from a can or frozen. Nothing was fresh. There was nothing authentic about this item on the menu.

This place has a five star. Great customer service. Bathrooms clean. The inside is presentable. They have variety of Asian foods good nice and nice spicy sauces. The food was five out of five and enjoyed everything with it thank you for great food
