We waited patiently for over 30 minutes, but eventually decided to request the bill. To our surprise, the total came to $70 without the tip, for the small portions we had received. If this had been our first time dining there, we may not have felt as disappointed, but the portions we received were clearly incorrect and insufficient, especially compared to our past experiences at the restaurant. The waiter claimed that the portions we received were supposed to include all six orders of bulgogi, which left us shocked. Despite paying the bill, we spoke to the manager on duty, who mentioned that he was new and following the protocol he had been taught for fulfilling orders. He assured us that he would contact us the following day to address the situation. This incident took place on April 8th, and as of April 10th, we have yet to hear from them. Additionally, the waitress displayed unprofessional behavior. Every customer should be treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of personal feelings. If one dislikes their job or customer service roles in general, they should reconsider their career choice. In conclusion, we caution others to be cautious of the new management and potential tactics that may not align with fair customer service practices. As a result, we have decided not to return to the restaurant under its current management.

We paid but made a report to the manager on duty, who stated that he was new and that was how he was taught to do fulfill orders. He took our number and said he would reach out the next day to clarify the situation. The situation occurred on April 8th, and It’s now April 10th. The waitress was also very unprofessional. Not everyone who enters your establishment should be treated with prejudice, negative attitudes, or disregard. If you hate your job or customer service roles in general, then don’t do it. In conclusion, be very wary of this new management an possible predatory tactics to rob patrons. We will not be coming back with this new system of doing things!

Luis was our server while dining here at Hot Pot. He has been our server on one separate occasions in the past as well. He ensured that all our meat and vegetables needs were met. Unfortunately they serve Pepsi Products but needless to say our cups were always full. It’s the food and atmosphere that bring us to the place but it’s the service that we were provided by Luis that keeps us. Will be returning again soon.

I was actually quite surprised that Killeen had such an authentic Korean hot pot! We'll definitely be back.
The first time we ate there was amazing. We told the host that it was our first time and he said he’ll be sure to set us with a good server and that was exactly what he did. I think our server’s name was Andrew. This guy was amazing! Was on point the whole time through.Then, we went there two weeks later and it was a flip of a coin. Our server’s demeanor was horrible as if we were eating there for free and she was volunteering her time. I had to get up to ask her for a couple things while she stood in front of the bar dazing. Lots of our food came out at different times and long time frame after each other. The more things/food I asked for (as they mentioned it’s all you can eat in 2 hours, and it was only 10minutes from our seating), the more her service got worst. Which brings me to say that although the food is great, when the service is subpar, the appetite is loss. I know that what makes a restaurant thrive in the industry is returning customers. I don’t want to have a coin toss every time we eat there to see if it’ll be a hit or miss. There is always room for improvement and I hope the leadership takes my review into consideration.

First time going, and it's always good to experience new things. The cook your own food on your table was throwing me off. But I got it. Oh, and don't waste food they'll charge you $10 extra for it. No to go plates, so they lame for that. But I would go again for sure. If you are big hungry order, 3X of what you are eating, so you'll be good and full. I'll be going back for sure.
