The restaurant was dirty. We had to wipe tables and chairs down. One employee kept going to the restroom on his phone. I don't think he washed his hands every time coming out cause he was still on his phone.Dietary restrictions: No cheese

I try to make a habit of leaving positive reviews for especially for servers, however I was very disappointed with the customer service I received today. When I walked in, the server was on her cellphone and did not look up from her phone when first acknowledging me. Not a very professional first impression. The food was wonderful though.

Hello Mod Mgmt. I normally enjoy your establishment but tonight was an utter disappointment. Walked in only to be notified that I’d have to wait because online orders are priority. When did that change I don’t know but I thought taking the time to walk into the establishment took rank over online orders. Ok … The guy In front of me got tired of waiting and walked out. then I order my pizza and pretty much the ingredients I wanted was all out none available ..not even in the back and this by 8pm on a Friday night….the line quickly began to get longer and as customers order they were quick to learn ..no more avails on that …no more available on this. … the disappointment on the faces were endless. Come on Mod, really? Friday night understaffed and understocked. This is something that should be reviewed and addressed by mgmt, I don’t hold the employees accountable because they can only work with what they have. Again, I frequent this place often and this isn’t the first or 3rd time I’ve seen this, it’s just my first time commenting.

Me and my husband went for something different and wanted to create our own pizzas ? as well as just have a night out but walking into the establishment u could feel the ora the workers mentality were already off the clock u had one co worker staring another coworker down as of a fight was about to take place the prep area was not anywhere clean or neat hell I was almost scared to order when asking a question we got rude response and it was just not the atmosphere of a place u order food to eat ??♀️only reason I didn't eat n pay was because fire kills everything lbs but I will not be returning.

Waited a hour after estimated pickup time and order was still wrong! Employees had an attitude when I addressed the wrong preparation. Store is dirty and employees preparing food without gloves. I'm sick and tired of going in a restaurant 1.5 to 2 hours before close and the employees are putting up chairs, food, and removing the drinks. It says we don’t want you here. Also why charge a family for drinks and as soon as you turn around from the counter they're taking everything down? A hour and a half before close? I would say just close at 8pm but they would probably start at 6 instead. The employees here clearly hate their job because they were all rude. Unfortunately this lack of good customer service is becoming too common. I will never go to this establishment again.

The salad choices are very nice, I just wish things were covered up a bit more because there are always so many flies in there. It really grossed me out to the point where I haven't been back there in almost 6 months...UPDATE / Finally decided to get a salad from here..BIG MISTAKE!! They have a real Gnat infestation which is so disgusting!! Never eating here at GNATS PIZZA AGAIN!!! Yall need to clean TF UP in there.Doordash that they use for delivering the food is garbage the guy literally threw my pizza at the door..luckily I was able to get a refund.Look what was brought to me with my salad.
