Hello My experience as an ex-employee was unpleasant the treatment of the Panda Express Managers in Killeen they are not the best GM SanJuanita Trevino and her best acquaintance as Jayne and Mrs. Lorena has also joined in treating some of her personals as if they were not worth anything I include myself and no one says or does anything I ask the staff to talk since many of my colleagues have and are going through that treatment of arrogance, work harassment and bad treatment like the customers who have lived the bitter experience. IT IS NOT FAIR. And I invite the HR department to take action on the matter and put a stop to it since the environment and the treatment is not adequate. Pretty new store, I tend not to review for a while until I get a good base for service.It's good, it's panda! The food is fresh and hot and the service is reasonably fast. The dining area was very clean and kept up with.It's my main panda spot now and I'd recommend this location to anyone who is near byDietary restrictions: Most Asian foods have a dairy free option, this place is no exception though for some options you'll pay a bit extra for.

I’m very disappointed I just came through the drive-through a panda express on Stan Schlueter. I waited in the front because I ordered the firecracker shrimp. I waited for over 30 minutes almost and I didn’t get the firecracker shrimp and I only got one of my entrées I didn’t get the Beijing beef that I asked for so I paid a dollar or something extra for the shrimp waited over 30 minutes for the shrimp and didn’t even get the shrimp or the Beijing beef. I got orange chicken, this is ridiculous

I like this location. The people are nice... However in comparison to the one in Harker Heights the food is okay. I've eaten here several times and I always feel the chicken needs to be cooked just 1-2 minutes more. But it's not so bad that it's not edible. Also today is the second time I ate here this week and received a fortune cookie with no fortune. Opening and reading the fortune cookie is a part of my Panda Express experience. I look forward to it. Bring them back please.
