My all time favorite new place to go since I moved to texas. I'm a HUGE seafood fan and love black muscles as well as crab and lobster, shrimp, seafood boils, the whole shabang!!! This place had anything and everything you could want! My waitress was Elizabeth and she was absolutely incredible! She was able to give me very helpful suggestions and they were delicious suggestions! The hostess was a short pink haired girl who was kinda rude I'm not gonna lie. I tried on 2 separate occasions just to ask her a simple question and she straight up looked me in the face and ignored me. But I will definitely come back here...its gonna be too hard to stay away and honestly who would want to.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The establishment was very clean, The food was hot and fresh and the drinks where great and did the job. From the bar tender to management, they where all so friendly and attentive to our every need. It’s a great spot to sit and chill at the bar if you just want to treat yourself or have a family dinner where everyone can get in on some great food together. Will definitely be back again and again

From the warm welcome at the front door, to the amazing service (we always sit at the bar), to the fabulous food & COLD beer, our trip here was fantastic! The food was hot and tasty, brought out quickly, and priced fairly.I highly recommend this place and will be back soon!

This establishment is very clean! Was a medium size crowd. The food was very fresh my crabs taste like they just came out the ocean!Only problem I had was it took a while for my server to make ot to my table to at least take my drink order.Once she did take our drink order.. it took a long time to receive then...and another worker had to bring them. She had been watching from a far and ask us if we had been helped.Other than that our waiter was really nice and hospitality was great. Just Lil slow at times and then over attentive at times...I still give it a 5 because my food was amazing and my drink.We normally order this to go...but after eating inside and being able to use the utensils they supply you I enjoyed dining In!

I've always loved Pier 7. But I just ate there and our waitress accidentally ordered a pound of shrimp and a half pound of sausage when I only ordered a half pound of each. When the tab came and I saw a full pound of shrimp instead of a half pound I pointed it out. A manager came to my table and said since I had left overs I was taking with me I had to pay for the whole pound even though I was taking corn and sausage that I had paid for. And the menu said $18 for a full pound of shrimp but on the tab they charged $22. I have worked in the food industry for over ten years and I've never been in a place where they make their customers pay for their employees mistakes and charge more than what the menu says. I'll never go there again

Solly did an amazing job as a trainee and serving his first table by himself! Super laid back and very quick! Keep up the great work Solly and thank you for recommending us the sauces ! Gotta say Cajun Hot is the new fave !

Great place for seafood! We are from out of town and my son and his wife took us there for a seafood dinner. First time there and the vibe was great. Also, also all the staff was friendly and welcoming. My husband and I got crab legs and they were delicious. Very generous and portion size was perfect. Kids eat free Mon, Tues and Wednesday. Solly our waiter was very attentive and friendly. The host was so friendly and checked on us as well. The Happy Hour drinks were great priced and yummy. We didn't have room for dessert but overall some of the best restaurant customer service we have had at a restaurant since we have been here. We will be back !!!

This restaurant catered my wedding and let me tell you THEIR SERVICE IS UNMATCHED. they went above and beyond to accommodate us trying to coordinate this wedding from three states away and they delivered. They understood the assignment. Megan is the manager that took care of our event from start to finish and she was phenomenal. She understands customer service and is so professional and thorough. And the only thing that could be better than their service was THE FOOD QUALITY BECAUSE MY GUESTS WERE RAVING ABOUT IT ALL NIGHT. Their seafood is never over cooked and is always seasoned perfectly. Also, Marian is a TOP PIER MIXOLOGIST and was a genius with our signature drinks. If you come here, order the garlic butter to dip your seafood into, and order the boiled eggs. I’m telling you: they understand the assignment.

I came here as a date for myself. The host was really nice and my waiter was literally everywhere. The seafood was cooked properly. I had a couple of issues. 1 the sauce was oil and butter. I tried both and they were more butter and oily taste then an actual taste. The bread that they serve is just garlic bread from Heb. I didn’t get any refills and the only reason the host checked me because I flagged him down. I don’t know if they were short staff but my waiter seemed frazzled and everywhere. He came and got my trash and gave me a ticket and ran off again. I don’t know who the lady is behind the bar with the dark hair but she frowned at everyone. My experience here was not a good one at all! I was so disappointed
