If i could put a 0 i would april 13 2024 worst customer service ,worst people to have at work , i’ve been here multiple times and its always the same thing with this place if is not taking 20 mns to take 1 person order is the customer being high or ghetto

Only doing one car at a time to take my order on drive threw took 15 mins. After taking my order took another 45 mins to get my order. Then get home and they gave me wings with barely any sauce, cold fries, and burnt mac and cheese. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

If you’re thinking about ordering through DoorDash DON’T. They will take an hour to produce your order to the Dasher, and still proceeded to forget two sides. I hope whoever received my large bean and rice is enjoying it.

Customer service stunk! Was traveling through and stopped there to eat. As the only customer in the resaturant I still had to wait at least 5 minutes before I was acknowledge at the counter. Then the greeting was "what can I get you"... no informatilities of a hello or welcome go Popeye.The tables were dirty, and I had to wipe our table down before we sat down. The place was so bad that when I accidentally spilled my drink onto the floor it blended with the rest of the mess as normal. I left very dissatisfied. I would never have given a review unless Google reminded me to give it months later and forced me to relive that horrible experience.

Very racially profiled here. Went to pick up two orders and was skipped numerous times. Then when I did get mine, I got half of it and was told they lost the other one. Then told they had to cook it. After I got the first order so then I'd deliver one cold and get someone sick? Yeah no... Oh did I mention I got the employees and MANAGER on camera laughing and running their mouth about me? Pick a different location! The staff is rude & SLOOOW!!!!! I waited 17 minutes to get to order. Was told to hold & left there for an additional 8 minutes to be told they didn’t have classic chicken legs. So I’d have to wait an additional 20 min. So I requested my mobile order that was pre ordered prior to arrival. And then I had to wait an additional 5 minutes for them to put it in the bag. At no point did they say sorry about the wait…..
