Google says they open before 11am. There was a little Japanese lady and her kid sitting down eating from this establishment. They told me they weren't open. Racist employees. Told me they were closed but have other people sitting down eating.
The guy who took my order was also working on the grill; he never washed his hands. While boxing my food up, I watched drop food on a dirty surface, pick it up, and put it in my box. Then he looked confused when I refused to take the food.

The mall needs to be renovated. It doesn't have a good updated variety of stores to choose from. I would say for the most part it is clean in the mall.

Recently ran into Dillard's at the Killeen mall. Found what I wanted in 10 minutes. Great selection of lounge wear for a new mom. Gift wrapped a large box and flat rate is $6 no matter the size. Beautiful box. Four stars instead of five because the gift wrap person was not overly friendly, not rude but didn't smile or make eye contact. A missed opportunity! Will return for another chance for customer service.

When I lived in Killeen, this was my favorite hangout in middle and high school (2000-2006). It was a walk from my house, and my friends and myself would go hang out here during the summer and weekends. I remember spending hours in the Tilt Arcade and buying my video games from Game Stop. I only wish that while I was there they had more stores and changed their look because it still has that feel from the 90's.

Oh killeen mall I both love and hate you. I hate that you have terrible stores but I also love that you have terrible stores. I went there for the first time in 12 years and I swear all the clothes were the same ...totally unreal! Like it doesn't even have a Starbucks....for real! It's a place to shop and little more.
