Your average Schlotzsky restaurant (deli sandwich)

So, this is the ONLY Schlotzsky's I've gone to that you have to ask for the garlic bread that the menu says is INCLUDED. I have also in the past paid for extra dressing and not received it. But today? Another girl and I waited almost 20 minutes for our orders, with this guy who came after us getting his order before hers. I ordered 2 salads as quick dinners after work today and tomorrow. I open the bag and there's no plastic ware. Open the boxes and there's no dressing in either salad. Staff seems flippant and rude.

Did not like the pastrami and Swiss sandwich. It tasted like a gallon of salt was poured on the sandwich. I did not have the time to bring it back and I just tossed it.

As soon as I walked in the white lady at the front desk turned to the gentleman working with her and said, "you didn't close the door, there is people coming in" in a very rude and disrespectful manner. That is no way to greet customers walking in. I asked if it was still open and she said yes for another 10 min knowingly it was 20 min before closing time. This individual needs to find a job she really enjoys, she looks miserable there. I will not be stepping foot in this place again, very poor customer service, I will go back to get the individual's name and report her higher.

We ordered large sandwiches and they gave us medium ones and on one of them it didn't have any meat, just veggies and we ordered the original. We even ordered a cinnamon roll and didn't get that. The cashier was incompetent and when we asked for a refund he didn't know how to do it and had to call his gm Katherine who refused to speak with me on the phone. Needless to say hopefully we get our money back on the card in a couple of days. Worst experience ever and we love eating at schlotzkys

The reason such a low review is cause how is it a place can close 5 minutes before they are closed. This was one my favorite places to go to, but for now on I guessing I will go eat in another town that seems to want to serve there customers.

The server was friendly and very attentive. The food is overpriced for the quality served. This location is in need of a makeover/remodel. The flooring is quite embedded in grease on the grout lines. Jersey Mike's is a far superior deli, Jason's deli is better as well in my family's opinion. Being Texan born, I really want to like Schlotzskys, especially being originally from our Capitol. I do recall the Schlotzsky's I've eaten at in the Austin area were better than the Killeen location. Like most restaurants in the Killeen area, though they miss the mark compared to surrounding cities. Idk what it is about this area, but it's not gourmet or great at the majority of the restaurants in Killeen I've visited. It really doesn't matter whether it's supposed to be high-end or fast food. My best recommendation is to steer clear of eating out in Killeen. That's about as nice as I can be about it unless you're looking for a cleanse.

This is the WORST customer service experience I have ever had, let me start by saying I have worked at Sholotzskys at a different location for a year and I understand the heat of the ovens combined with the temp outside can be overwhelming, but taking it out on your customers is absolutely unacceptable. We came into a guy at the register and he took my husbands order. Before my husband paid he realized that he had ordered the wrong sandwich, apologized and told the man the correct one. The guy continues to call over the manager who rudely says that they already started the sandwich. Again we hadn’t even paid, I would understand if we had already paid and them came back to change it but that is not the case. She then huffs and changes the order. My husband pays for his with the guy and then he walks off leaving me at the register (we were paying separately) I waited there for a little bit then my husband ask if one of them would please come back because we have another order. The other one is woman says oh then walks up. She then continues to huff and roll her eyes during my order. Then I pay and she continues to wipe sweat off her face then bag food without washing her hands. The whole time they loudly complain about heat and door dash orders. The worst part is the woman seemed to be a manager. I didn’t see a name but she has a large septum piercing. The other woman seemed nice and had nothing to do with the interaction. Again I understand the heat but treating you customers like that and being un sanitary is unacceptable. I don’t pay 17$ to be huffed at and receive eye rolls for simply placing an order. Do better!
