Ruined my lunch over a scoop of chili. I ordered chili cheese tots and paid for extra chili and cheese, but I did not get the extra. When I told him he just told me that there was extra on there. Meanwhile, I’m looking at tater tot’s that don’t even have anything covering some of them. Charged me extra again to get the chili and kept insisting that the whole time there was extra chili and cheese. So I was charged twice for extra chili to only get one extra scoop with no apology and a rude manager.(some man with a goatee I believe) Like is it that hard to give me what I paid for? Customer service clearly means nothing to him because I’m telling you (&showing) I literally don’t see the extra I paid for and you’re arguing with me and walking away while I’m still talking to you.

I could give it a ZERO if I could . First it was hair in my hotdog !! called the store manger and he seem to not care ! and stated there is no one working that has blonde hair .. remind you me and my husband is african american so the string of hair had to come from somewhere coward ! then he says for me to bring the HAIR AND HOTDOG then he'll give me my refund . not going back and don't recommend. low down management!

We placed our usual order but wanted to have the new eclipse drink added to them. The person taking our order advised repeatedly that they couldn't add that drink to a combo. Not only was weird in and of itself, she refused to stop talking long enough to listen to what we were asking for - going so far as to get the manager or someone else on to repeat this policy.When they finally listened to our question to remove the drink from the combo and order the stupid eclipse drink they were both dismissive and nonchalant saying, "well you can order anything Al a carte."Even if this policy was in place, maybe some training around suggesting ALA cart in the first place. I can't imagine we were the only family to try and order that and it was not pleasant to be talked crazy to by your frustrated staff.

So apparently delivery drivers can't get a cup holder for 2 drinks? The order mucst contain 3 or more drinks to get a cup holder even if we ask for one, not considering we may have multiple orders on us taking up our cup holders already.

Placed a #1 plan just meat, cheese, bun and a kids meal. I waited over 20 minutes with no food and no reason why it was taking that long. I walked up to the doors asked for a refund due to the fact my food was taking entirely too long. No I apologize for the inconvenience.

Ordered 2 master shakes both Oreo cheesecake, well we got the cheesecake part but the Oreo was missing. Do you see the teeny tiny little black spec’s in there That is the Oreo. When we talked to the carhop, she said that Oreo was down on the bottom. So I was looking & eating and there’s no more little bitty teeny tiny specks. So went to talk to the manager and they told me that if I wanted extra Oreos. They could put Oreo in there for me but they have to charge me. I don’t think so. I know I won’t be back to Sonic. Just like some of the other Sonic’s, their restaurant SUCKS!!

I pulled up to the drive thru at 11:09pm thinking they were still open since that’s what google said about all the sonics in Killeen. Sure nuff these guys turn the lights off as soon as I pulled up to the speaker and then said “we’re closed.” ?. Umm ok guy. Could’ve been nicer.

My wife and I live the cheddar peppers, cheese sandwhiches, route 44 diet cokes, and the BLTs. :) We user to get the banana splits, but they discountinued them. :( Bring them back please.

Damien, the sorry excuse for a manager, could really use some management classes to tighten up. He may be worse than the crew. Ordered a medium jumbo honey BBQ chicken and it literally appeared to have half a cup of DIPPING bbq sauce on them. I returned to the restaurant and showed them what I had received. Common sense would tell them to remake the chicken since it was their screw up. I get home and notice it’s the same chicken. I knew because there was a piece on there that was broken, which he claimed they did do ensure the chicken is cooked all the way through. We’ve gotten several orders of chicken from this Sonic location specifically and have never had our chicken broken open, but whatever. I return to the restaurant for a second time after speaking with Damien on the phone. Unpleasant is an understatement. He tells me on the phone that I asked for more sauce, not fresh chicken. After hearing that I planned to complain to corporate he proceeds to say “Oh okay, have a wonderful da—“ *CLICK* I hang up the phone and drive back up there to retrieve my money for this less than desirable screwed up chicken they’d given me. I stopped the first worker I spotted and told him I wanted my money back. Well look who’s coming out the door—Damien! He tells me he can’t refund me without a receipt or order number. I told him to look the order up in the system. He knows good and well I was JUST THERE because he remembered the order when I spoke to his rude behind on the phone. He comes back and tells me he can’t find the order. Bull%#^* but okay, I guess. I told him I just want my money back because I didn’t care to have the meal after bringing it back for a second time. He tells me they can remake the order, or, in so many words… take the order as a loss because there’s nothing they can do without a receipt. This man argued me down for a total of 5 mins before I took the “remade” order because I plan to call corporate tomorrow anyway. Management is nonexistent. If this is acceptable management, hire my 4 year old. She will get the job done. I can’t wait to give corporate an earful about his nasty, tasteless, rude personality. The food industry in 2023 leaves no hope for quality service and food outside of your own kitchen.
