The managers on duty this morning and all the baristas were absolutely wonderful per usual! My favorite place to get coffee. They sadly were dealing with a mega Karen -i wish I could have helped- but they handled her absolutely perfectly! Everyone working November 29th at 8am absolutely adore them!
I rarely write a "bad" review but this experience was so ridiculous that I can't just swallow it and move on. The business I work for treats us to Starbucks at least once every 2 weeks and we spend anywhere from $80 to $150 depending on how many staff members are in office. One of us goes to order it & pick it up and we have a clearly typed list so as not to hold up the line too long .
