I don’t leave reviews often, but I wanted to give a shoutout to the fantastic and kind employees here. On the Starbucks X Stanley release day, Christian (I hope I remembered their name! It was 5am and I only got 3-4 hours of sleep the past 2 days) answered the phone and it was my first time inquiring about the Stanley cups. I used to work retail so I was really mindful about not bothering the employees and wanted to wait until release day. I’ve only read the comments online on how crazy and overwhelming it’s been with people calling Starbucks about the cups. I asked the question and they were very kind, patient, and thorough with answering my 1 question (you can tell they’ve been asked a lot lol)I explained that it was my first time asking any Starbucks store and thanked them for being so genuine and kind. I’m sure they’ll get phone calls the rest of the day since I called at 5am.There needs to be more of people like that in the world! Again, I appreciate you, your genuineness, and thank you for leaving me a positive memory!

I’m not often one for reviews but after my visit on Thursday boy did i have to leave one. The girl at the window was so welcoming and even went out of her way to make sure I liked my drink. I forgot to catch her name but she had black long hair and was short. Great vibes!!!

I would advise against choosing this particular Starbucks. I experienced a 20-minute wait for a regular coffee, and when it finally arrived, it was cold and did not meet the specifications I had requested. The manager on duty, Lucy, displayed no concern and was unhelpful in resolving this straightforward issue.
