Looks like Bloom has gone cheap with their boba teas just like all the other boba places. Look at how there's more milk in this Thai tea than tea itself. How disapponting. I've always gone to the Bloom for Thai tea and it never looked pale like this

Ordered on Uber eats to have some things delivered from here. I genuinely did not realize how close I ordered to them closing but nonetheless I got my order on time from my driver. My rating here is for the quality of the items i received. The yogurt smoothie I ordered tasted rancid so straight the trash it went because I didn't need my kid getting sick from it. The watermelon tea had no taste of watermelon, I'll assume they were in a rush to close and forgot to add that in. My honey dew milk tea was hardly cold. The bulgogi kimbap I ordered was absolutely not fresh and the meat tasted a day or two old. Next you guys put a cold slice of cheesecake in the with the kimbab. By time we got the cheesecake it was warm.... ever had warm cheesecake? It's not very good. And last, NO STRAWS. That's got to be the most infuriating part. Do you understand how hard it is and how big of a mess is made when trying to use regular straws.? That also aren't even big enough to get the boba out while you're drinking it. I genuinely was excited to order from here because I've seen all the great reviews and have even had my co workers rave about you guys. Unsure now if I'll ever be back.

This place is so cool and the vibe is so nice. The food is delicious (I recommend the Tteokboki or the Strawberry Boba Tea) I wish it was more decorated and quieter for those who want to study but I love this place

This coffee house is my absolute favorite! Their frozen coffee, bingsoo, and bulgogi is amazing! I have taken many friends and they all fall in love as well, not only with the food, service, but with the ambience of the environment. The employees are always so sweet and welcoming and you also receive a loyalty card and after the 10th coffee the next one is on them. If you haven't tried them, do yourself the favor!

They need to hire someone who actually looks like they wanna be working. Maybe your workers should take off their headphones when working so they can actually try to be in tune with what’s going on. Can’t even get a welcome while coming in the door.

Amazing and delicious Tteokboki and Brown Sugar Boba smoothie!!! The atmosphere is so peaceful and clean and such a great place to work on assignments, read, and spend time with friends. Come check them out you will be so thankful you did.

I love this place! I go here on occasions. I love this place alongside K1 & Bobapop and Wabah Café!I looooove their various boba beverages, injeolmi, kimchi pancakes, etc! If I’m having sweet tooth, I know where just to go specially during my lunch hour & the fact that this Bloom is only 9-12 minutes away.I bring Prince-esque, Michael Jackson-esque, Elvis Presley-esque vibes to the business owners & manager that I enjoy talking to when I’m there. Just like I do with K1 & Wabah whether it be my turquoise accessories, Native American visage post-flat ironed hair, Thunderbird accessories, Smooth Criminal-esque attire, & hyperactive levels of Extroversion, Openness to experiences, joviality, easygoing mentality, etc. thanks to St. John’s Wort, fish oil, kefir, & daily exercises enhancing my happy brain chemicals ? ?.Definitely visiting sometime on another occasion post-winter storm. *Pulling up to The Bloom, Wabah, & K1 playing Michael Jackson, Elvis Presley, Prince, BTS, Holland, TXT, & Village People songs.*

Today is the first time my boba smoothie was NOT perfect. Tasted WAAAY too milky. Did NOT hit the spot the way I needed it to. This is my go-to spot for something refreshing. I will still come back again and again, but I need to make sure I taste my drink before I drive away.

Great food, coffee and atmosphere. Staff was pleasant and accommodating! I ordered the pumpkin latte. Yum!! I had spicy chicken dish from the Korean restaurant. It was delicious! Fyi, they are hiring.
