Food was really good in my opinion! I ordered a burrito and 4 tacos with 2 extra grilled jalapeños on the side, normally other places I go the jalapeños barley gave a kick so I took a huge bite out of the one I ordered here and I was suffering, just what I wanted though! Loved the tacos, the carnitas were very tasty and the corn tortillas held up well, onion and cilantro tasted fresh so I appreciate that.. The burrito on the other hand I feel like couldve been a bit better but nothing too bad about it. Definely comming back though, thank you for the delicious food!Edit: I forgot to mention that the cashires were very patient and provided great customer service as well, thank you again!

Just had enchiladas de mole and my wife had quesa birria and I must say this was the best Mexican dinner we've ever had. The enchiladas mole were better than Mi Tierra's in San Antonio. The salsa was perfect with chunks of peppers and onions and perfect amount of cilantro. The corn and flour tortillas were perfect and covered in butter like we like them. Thank you for becoming our favorite place for Mexicam food. We live in Oklahoma but we will be back.GrGracias!amigos

If you want good and quality Mexican food and you're in Killeen, DON'T EAT HERE. This is my 3rd time ordering and the 3rd time was a strike and you're out. The quality of my quesadillas was like applebees and not what I expect from a family restaurant. First 2 experiences I've had was fantastic hence being a returning customer and they'll never get another dime of my money. The price of food is high yes but if you have to skimp your customers, maybe you can't afford to be in business...

Comparative to the area, definitely one of the better Hispanic restaurants. Food is fresh and full of flavor. The Tacos Birria plate is absolutely outstanding. The family that runs the place is friendly and takes pride in there food and service. Bathroom was clean as was the dining area. Will definitely visit again and would recommend to others.

Doesn't look like much from the outside but was so hungry for authentic Mexican cuisine so I stopped in. The restaurant is under new management. So clean and such a friendly environment. The are hands on. They make you feel as if you are at home! The Birria Pizza and Tacos were awesome! The Michelidas the best I had ever tasted. I strongly suggest trying this food!

We're usually picky about our Mexican food but the Micheladas are FIRE!!!! Quesabirria tacos and broth are soooo good! Caldo de res does not disappoint! Definitely recommend trying

You guys usually do a good job, I only get birria tacos. This time I got extra tacos and paid for them only to get home and not have the dipping sauce for the tacos. And all you could offer was to come get the sauce. The tacos don’t taste great cold. Make sure you have people orders right or refund their money. Gas ain’t free!
We came in for breakfast. I ordered some chorizo tacos and my lady ordered some menudo and a barbacoa taco.. The menudo was very good. Some of the best in the area! The flour tortillas were perfectly soft and crispy. Tacos were on point! The service was fast and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.!

Tonight's dinner was fabulous as usual from @torresmochasfr in #killeentx - take-out, to go or #parallavar @trisha_g_m had the Steak and Shrimp #parillada and I had the #molepollo but they only had the meat from their chicken fajita, which is all breast meat. Where do I even start....ugh So I LOVE Mexican food. I just moved her a few months ago and I was looking for a place in Killeen that serves some good Birria and ended up finding Torres Mochas here on Yelp. Based on the reviews I was intrigued so I went to the restaurants website, there they boasted about there commitment to fresh food, great service and authentic Mexican food. Ha! What a sham! My family and I ordered takeout and chose the mojarra frita plate, birria taco plate, chicken mole, a side of rice and beans and a side of chips and salsa. Here's the rundown on the food. Mojarra frita was bland, came with some sad a** rice and French fries. Birria plate came with 3 dry tacos no rice and beans or anything just 3 a la carte tacos and consome. The consome was so watered down and had no flavor. The tacos were sooooo dry. Omg and let me tell you about the mole plate. The plate included two drumsticks which were dry and the sauce was lackluster. It came with a small serving of rice and nothing else. I included a picture of how it came....who tf packed this and thought this was ok?! The beans were ok and the rice was so flavorless and tasted like boxed rice. Also we paid extra for chips and salsa and didn't receive it. This restaurant ought to be ashamed of themselves. I am so mad I wasted my money here.
