I would leave zero stars if I could ‼️‼️‼️Worst Customer Service EVER‼️‼️‼️I pulled up to this place at 1:20pm and was immediately asked to hold. There were about 4-5 cars already in front of me. Time goes by and I noticed the cars are all cleared out but it’s 1:30pm now and no-one has come back to take my order, so I backed my car out of the drive thru then pull back in and immediately someone gets on the intercom to take my order. I tell her I want the Baja chicken wrap and the Green Caesar wrap then she tells me to hold on, I wait about two minutes then she repeats my order and I add two Sunrise Sunset smoothies. At this point I am a little annoyed because they legit forgot about me for ten minutes and didn’t even apologize but Im still nice with them. I pull around to the window and pay. The girl hands me my receipt and I immediately see that she rung my Baja wrap up as a jerk chicken wrap. I asked the girl about it and she said they don’t have a button for the Baja wrap but she put a note to the cook to make the Baja wrap. Well I wait a few more minutes and she ask me to pull up because there are now cars behind me which I did. At about 1:40pm which was an additional ten minutes that I had been waiting on my food and smoothies the girl comes to me and tells me the cook messed up my order and the rice they were going to use for the Baja wrap was used for a jerk chicken wrap (that I did not order). She tells me they have more rice but they have to make more so I would have to wait longer which I couldn’t because I had to get back to work. I still don’t have my smoothies or the Cesar wrap so at this point I’ve already been at this place for about 20 minutes so I tell her I no longer want anything I ordered and would like a full refund because I’ve waited long enough and My lunch was just about over I needed to get back to work. There were three vehicles behind me, two of those vehicles already received their meals and drove off, all while I still had not received anything. Had I known they didn’t have that Baja wrap I wouldn’t have ordered anything from there because that was my main reason for going. I just so happen to add on the smoothies and the other wrap for my husband and son. I would’ve went to McDonald’s instead which was right across the street. So another lady comes out who states she is the owner and tells me she will only refund me for the Baja chicken wrap. She refused to give me a full refund even though I still had never received anything I ordered. She went back and forth with me, was not sympathetic to my time or my concerns. She basically made it seem like I was stopping them from being able to serve other customers all while I’m a customer who never was served. I will never go back to this place ever again. She only refunded me for the wrap and then finally gave me one of the wraps with the two smoothies. By this time it’s about 1:52pm. I spent 30 mins at the drive through and still never received an apology. I was greeted with attitude and excuses. This was the worst customer service I have ever received and I am truly disappointed in how the owner chose to handle this situation. I will never be back. If you decide to visit this place proceed with caution.

They have vegan options such as plant based protein, fruit bowls and smoothies.There was a white lady with brunette hair that was the most attentive and polite of all of them.She really helped me with a mistake in my order, i can say it was the girl's fault because she was trying to do 10 other things at the same time.

Second time in a row I’ve visited this location and had to deal with workers with bad attitudes that grossly lack professionalism. Speaking among themselves using profane language of how they felt about other customers and coworkers. Guy was just sitting in the window talking, making me wait forever to take my payment. TRASH! I left and drove to the harker heights location.

I ordered on the app for pick up and they were running out of the açaí bowl. They just went straight to cancel my order without offering any other way around it. They ask me to go to the app and went through all the lengthy process to ask for refund. The girl was obviously didn’t want to handle my situation and refuse to give me the manager number. Another guy seem more polite. But I am not happy at all about this experience and I doubt if I would ever come back againUpdate: 3 days later. I had called their branch, another branch, service number, APP, email. Gave my info 4 times out. Everyone tell me to wait and no one is doing anything to help me. Very very disappointing service. Bad brand with bad system.

MS BETTY the GENERAL MANAGER !!! Is absolutely amazing ! Her customer service is A1 as soon as you walk in the store, I felt so welcomed when I came in here , she greeted me when I came into the store. She listened to my order and valued what I was saying the food & smoothie was amazing and exactly how I ordered it. Ms Betty has a beautiful, bright personally that makes me love coming here to tropical Smoothie , I will definitely be back soon !!!

Unfortunately they didn't have all the ingredients for the smoothie I wanted at the drive-thru, but I was recommended something similar and decided to give it a shot. I think I waited 7-8 minutes at the window before it was ready. The smoothie itself was alright and the kid at the window was cordial.

FINALLY , it’s good staffing, I knew tropical smoothie cafe close at 9pm and I made it 3mins before it close! Usually they will say “WERE CLOSE” at 8:45 - 8:50 but I was very surprised they were still taking orders at 8:58 yesterday! GREAT ATTITUDES , thank you D ! and yes the smoothie was blended very well! I know you said comeback if it doesn’t taste good but it was delicious

Dee!!! Dee is AMAZING. I was having a long hard day and I pulled up to his sweet kind voice over the intercom and immediately felt a sense of relief. He was extremely patient and allowed us a moment to figure out what we wanted to order WITHOUT rushing us. When I finally came to the window he greeted me with a nice BIG smile and we immediately had a Great vibe. It’s hard to come by a hard working person like this who doesn’t complain about their job or is just flat out rude… give Dee a RAISE!!!

I try this place every once in a while and it is ALWAYS slow. 15-20 minutes for just a smoothie. Not sure what the issues are but my recommendation is go elsewhere.
