Didn't order cheeseburger. But that's what I got. A gooye mess. Don't eat cheese. Ended up giving them to my dogs.

Last night, I ordered the bacon double burger combo with a DP and two ranch dipping sauces. My order was taken by a young, heavily distracted person who spoke so fast that I didn’t understand what he was telling me. He failed to tell me my total before sending me to the window. When I got to the drive thru window, he mumbled my total and that they didn’t have Dr. Pepper, before screaming some conversational nonsense to one of his colleagues about the cruelty of killing certain animals, obviously loud enough for me to hear. I told him I’d take a Coke instead and he didn’t hear me, because he was socializing with his peers rather than focusing on my order. I had my method of payment at the ready and he handed me my drink, while at the same time trying to take my card. My card slipped out of both of our hands onto the ground between the window and my car. He offered the most rehearsed apology before giving some excuse about trying to take my card and hand me my drink at the same time. I opened my car door, grabbed the card off the ground, gave it to the cashier, then waited. The bag with my food was handed to me first, then my card. Before driving away I checked the bag, having some suspicion that something about my order would be incorrect. Sure enough, the extra ranch I asked for was not in the bag. “Can I please have the two ranch sauces?”, I asked. Looking at me like I’m crazy, this employee says no words and grabs two ranch sauces and extends his hand to give me the sauces. He almost drops one on the ground, but instead flings it into my car with a finger, claiming he “didn’t want it to fall to the ground, so [he] dropped it in the car.” Then he asks if I’d like my receipt, and I rolled away admittedly annoyed and not politely. The route home only took 6 minutes, but by the time I opened the wrapping to eat my food, my burger and fries were less than warm. Could have been my fault; I keep my car pretty cold. However, the burger was the driest, grayest, most burnt burger I’ve had in YEARS! I’ve had overcooked black patties at backyard BBQs juicier than those I consumed from Wendy’s. The fries played a somewhat redeeming role for the evening. All in all, the loud, rude, clumsy, forgetful drive thru attendant, paired with the lack of quality in the food, made last night’s trip to Wendy’s an unforgettable experience in the worst way possible. With the increase in food prices, I expected that customer service and product quality would increase as well. Silly me!

The night shift here is disgusting. This establishment is supposed to close at 1am. When I got there at about 12:30am Feb 28th 2024 I saw 2 staff members walk back into the store as i pulled up not saying a thing. As i pulled around i didn't hear anything so i pulled up to the window. That's when i saw a gentleman inside eating chicken nuggets and waved at him to see if I could get an order seeing that the store wasn't supposed to be closed yet. He rolled his eyes with food in his mouth as if I was annoying him and he shewed me away saying they are closed and slammed the glass door in my face with a disgusting additude. I was totally blown away. ? The place is rachet and disgusting and be careful coming here. He had his hands all in the food. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I was disgusted. God knows if he washed his hands. Smh

I own the free frosty tag, so i let cashier know. She still charged me for it even after i told her twice before paying. After i pay she hands me my receipt and i tell her she charged me for it, she denied it by saying she took it out before charging me for my food. After i leave the drive thru i check my account and she did charge me for it. I go around again and tell her she charged me for it and want my money back and wanted the manager. Manager never showed up and she gave me less of what the frosty costs on change, instead of putting it back on my card. Not even mad about the money but the fact that she just straight up lied to me like im something that im not.

Walked out today because the front person isn't taking any orders and told everyone it will be 10 minutes wait and there was not a lot of people. I don't know what was going on but I just know people made a complaint and demanded a refund for orders they placed online and for DoorDash. This happened around 1:45 02/25/2024.

There is no way to explain how I feel after being called everything but my first name by a manager, who was mad because she was having a bad day. I posted her horrible behavior on my social media pages. I was never rude. The girl who was working the window, her headset died and she couldn’t hear me. I pulled up to the window and got verbally assaulted because I said my order was incorrect. I hadn’t paid and I also was not complete with my order.

First off, service was slow they were understaffed, and the drive-through took 25 min for 4 cars.Second, they were rude when taking and giving orders.Last the food was under cooked and there was hair in the food.

My food took a bit longer than usual, almost 30 mins, my sandwiches had no bacon but they came out hot which I mean isn't the worst, I was given coffee Creamer and it was chunky. Customer service was good
