It was the worst experience ever. Rude. Ordered in advance on the mobile app arrived 15 minutes later, but the food was not ready. I knew they were busy, so I waited for another 15 minutes; they serve two people who came in after me before I got my order. I ask about my order and the person putting the food together accused me of line skipping. Last time I ever eat at any Wendy's in the Killeen area. AVOID, the food is not worth it.

Employees seemed more interested in gabbing than working. I ate breakfast inside (never again) I was the only person eating inside. The place is filthy, even the counter where you order. Cheese on breakfast Baconater tasted bad. They don't have hash Browns, just fries. Hispanic girl seemed to be the only one who showed interest in the job. From what I saw inside, I doubt I will ever get food from here again.

I arrived in thru around 11:40 requested meal cook to order. A young skinny Latin female seemed to be having a bad day handed me the food. I pulled up to check the meal. It was barely lukewarm. Returned to drive thru window for a remake fresh, her attitude got a like worst. Received meal, but the meal still wasn’t fresh (got it back in under 3 miunts. Turn around again, she start this lady is back came to the window and advised We can’t just drop fresh patties this time of night. I stated if someone would have advised from the beginning, I would have never ordered. Her attitude on full display. I requested a refund and was told the manager wasn’t there to refund me. They kinda remade the food and proceeded to let me know how unhappy they were with me, by the conversation they were having. Received meal for a 3 time it was hot but not fresh and given to me by a pleasant health plus sized African American gentleman. The other employees need to more mindful of their mouths, because everyone is not like me. That situation could have went very differently in todays climate. No the food was not place in the bag delectably.

Just recently did an DoorDash within a few days and the DoorDash nor Wendy’s cared to double check my order and then when I called some rude lady about 9:51 PM instead of saying hello welcome to Wendy’s she said hello as if she’s answering her personal phone this is the most rudest disgusting unprofessional Sounds like never wants to be at work. Type of customer service I have ever dealt with whoever was on the phone sure sounded like she did not wanna be at work but my advice to you Wendy’s is you might want to start doublechecking orders before people start losing their jobs because a lot of refunds are happening because I don’t had to refund my whole entire order through DoorDash because y’all did not want to double check. This is the worst Wendy’s I have gone to .

Worst food ever, it was cold and had no taste. It’s hard to screw up a burger but they did it. No ice in the drink machine, and an overwhelming trash smell next to it. The place just looked (and smelled) dirty and nothing spectacular about the food at all. I will say the staff were very pleasant though. They just need to close this location and start all over. The reviews tell you everything you need to know.

I usually love Wendy's with the last time I ate here I did the biggie bag and I always upgrade my fries to the baconator fries the last time I got them something must have been wrong with their cheese sauce because I got food poisoning let's try to make sure our food is kept up proper temperature please that was the worst thing I've ever experienced

I had a pickup order past 10pm. I went through the drive though to pick it up. A gaggle of the most unprofessional “employees” I’ve ever seen barks at me and tells me to come into the lobby. The lobby is locked. Then I sat in the drive through for at least 15 minutes waiting for them to serve the person in front of me so I could finally pick up my order. This place is a joke. Disgusting and deplorable
I love me Wendys, but by far the most neglected location. Hygiene and cleaning is not a priority. The soda machine is never loaded with all the drinks as they are all darken which means it’s unavailable.

Ok so it would reduce missing food if you would bag it correctly, I don’t care how many meals you order, it could be 30 burgers, they will find the smallest bags to shove everything, fries included in it. Today I order four biggie bags. Got three fries three nuggets two burgers and four drinks. I should have to unpack an entire bag when you could bag the orders according to the meal. Four meals, four bags. Stop being so cheap.
