The morning crew arguing over who’s taking the fries out. Just go to the one in Copperas Cove. The time spent driving is better than the time wasted sitting for over 15 minutes listening to workers argue and still get cold food

If I don’t have to give no star then I’ll be the best. The worst customer service ever they suck in the food wrong food mostly all the time the burgers be cold and barely done got my kids sick so many times. My advise don’t go there no more the worst.

Sadly the 4 for 4$ has been removed and is now 5$ and the amount of fries within the meal has been cut down a size, be warned, as you will run out of fries than expected.Parking: Plenty of parking due to the cashier having no idea what the meals meant when questioned. The Dbyj / jbc / jjc meals are all abbreviated with no information saying what the burger entails.

Worst place in Killeen to order in the drive thru. They will repeat what you ordered correctly, but will not place the order correctly. Cost me over $13 for food that I did not order. Called to let the manager know I wanted my food done correctly she kept overtalking me, would not listen to how I wanted my food done and and kept telling me she was going to have her boy hook me up. I asked her if I could please tell her how I wanted my double bacon stack, and would not hear me. I got so irritated I told her I just wanted my debit card to be credited back the money. I had to go back to the restaurant, but because I forgot the food, I couldn't get a refund. Have the food with me in the bag, will return after my shift is done.
