I celebrate it when stores open in Kingwood and typically try them all. But I don't think I would return if my life depended on it. Like most places these days the service is abysmal. We ordered. Everything was either wrong or missing. Drove all the way back. They remade it. Again, wrong. Remade again. Paid full price. If this is how you like to spend your money,, overpriced AND inconvenienced, then go for it! 2 meals 1 kids meal, $50. Crap experience. Come on Kingwood! Why don’t you care?? Kingwood cant even get Chipotle right!? :(

Most of the employees provided great service but I do have 1 complaint which is why I put 4 stars. I have been to this location twice in the last 3 months. The last time I was there, their tea dispenser nozzle was not able to be secured on well and it came off while I was getting a refill splashing tea all over me. An employee helped get it back on, but again it won't really tighten. Back to my trip today, I noticed it is still not working well and is leaking. I bring it to the attention to the employee at the register whose response is, "you just need to tighten it". Can't believe they can't afford to replace the tea dispenser and that the employee doesn't have a better response than do it yourself.Outside of that frustrating fact, food is good, atmosphere is good and service is good. Hopefully they will get that replaced.

Placed an order on the app and when I went to pick up they explained they were out of ingredients 30 mins before closing. How do you run out of what makes you money? They also stated I would have to call to get a refund. I called and was told I should have my refund within 5 days before hanging up on me. They should have something in the system that allows contact for these issues and at least a way to get a refund faster than what was stated.

I ordered thru doordash because I have a problem and can't see a doctor til tomorrow. Anyhow. This Chipotle is less than a mile from my house. There is some kind of struggle with this location. They never want to give you salad dressing with the salad. Since they don't have an option for salad dressing, there was no way to insure I get enough dressing for both of our salads, I text the driver to please make sure theres at least two little containers of dressing. It's kind of tangy and goes perfect with the type of food.The food gets here and it's like one container and another that was like a third of the amount. I don't feel good so i just shook my head and poured the fuller one on my salad! It wasn't dressing it was the hottest salsa! All over my salad. I can't eat it. I PAID 53.00 for TWO SALADS, could you give me some dam salad dressing?? What's with the scam of giving the driver a hot sauce instead of dressing. You lost a customer. I literally had the same problem when my Granddaughter and I ate there. They acted like the salad dressing was like a forbidden fruit. Does it have gold in it?? 53.00 for 2 salads! Never again. You lost this customer. Tried to call and they have a robot that sends you to a call center in Hid knows where.

I love chipotle but every time i go here they charge me for guac when i have a veggie bowl and are rude about it. As well as never want to fill it up. This is about the 3rd time i have to tell them something.

Ordered through UberEats. Worst Experience ever for both Food and Price. NO MEAT in either entree. Two burrito bowls for $ 40 with no meat. I could'nt even eat the meal after a couple of bites. Horrible. At this point, I will never eat at another Chipotle again the rest of my life...Terrible. I may never order through UberEats again either. Several bad experiences...but NONE as bad as this one.
